What a charming little Mexican food spot! We popped in for some fajitas, and oh my goodness, that green chili burrito was incredible! It had a nice kick, a bit spicy for this Colorado native, but the flavor was absolutely out of this world! I can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I brought our granddaughter here the other day for dinner. It was a cute little place with wonderful service and the food was good. The menu was a good size and they had multiple options to choose from. Definitely great Mexican food which is a plus. Very kind workers and service with a smile, which adds to the experience. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area.

Very nice tasty little place. You know it’s a good place when in the evening there is a line of locals. We had a shrimp quesadilla and some burrito, and it was better then in Mexico itself. The refined bean and salsa are incredible. I’m not a huge fan of Mexican food, but it was soo totally worth coming here. Highly recommended!

Nice atmosphere, friendly service, just stopped in at random, good prices, nothing super cheap but fair for a Mexican restaurant.

The best service and most amazing Mexican restaurant I have been too. The manager/ owner.. Not sure. Came to our table personally asked how everything was and refilled out adult beverages.. Which were AMAZING. The drinks were nice n strong and reasonably priced. Live this place can’t wait to go back!!

Well i ordered a steak, what i got was a thin piece of steak about 1/8″ thin. Now im used to a nice medium thick steak even a 1/2″ would of been good, did not know they were this small and a little rubbery. Was not to pleased with the food, they need to dedicate themselves to cooking, not just cook and serve. The wait staff was good i give service 4 stars.

Best fajitas I’ve had pretty much ever (cooked with bacon). Chips and salsa are great. They get pretty busy at lunch so sometimes a wait for drinks and the check but not enough to detract from the greatness of the food.

Standard Mexican restraunt, but we enjoyed our meal. Everything was well prepared, lots of choices in configuring each dish like meat, sauce, etc. Portions were filling, tortilla chips were thick and crispy, salsa was on the thin side with a strong cilantro flavor. Overall, very satisfied.

Overpriced, terrible quality food, decent service.
As a resident of Ault I really wish I could take more pride in the local fare but this place stinks.
I’ve gotten carry out here twice in the last year. Once for breakfast about a year ago and once for dinner recently. An average-sized breakfast burrito was something like $5 and tasted like it came out of a microwave. The dinner combo burrito and enchilada platters were equally disappointing, particularly when considering the price. $11.50 per plate and they include 2 small burritos, 3 tiny enchiladas, tiny rice and tiny beans each. The burritos were better than the enchiladas but I’d still only give them 2 stars due to the steep price. You’d be much better off dining in Cheyenne, Fort Collins, or Greeley if you’re just passing through.
Friendly faces at the counter but that doesn’t make up for the poor food and high prices.
With regret,
Phil

Wonderful little stop. Always eat here when I’m driving through Ault. I’ve never been a bean guy. Beans are gross, even when they’re with other things. But these guys have good beans. Still not great, because they’re beans, but better than the common bean you may encounter.
The rice, however, is another story. It’s glorious! Perfection in culinary art has no greater appearance than the rice these folks cook up! The spices, the texture, the golden-brown deliciousness… none can compare to the rice.
Very nice.
