The flavor of the food is amazing and reflects just how fresh it is. The meats used are Def cooked to perfection. The salsa is delicious and my husband won’t eat and has always hated Guacamole. Until he tasted the one here. The fresh made table side is so yummy we fight over who ears it all. I can’t believe he’s eating it . He loves it, but only from here. Thanks we now have a fav Mexican style restaurant.

Pretty busy on this visit. I ordered tacos de pollo. Good sized portion. Though the chicken was a bit dry. The Verde sauce was tasty. Service was pretty good.

The food was fine, but $12 for a regular margarita is a bit much. Probably won’t be coming back.

We are from D.C. and ate here tonight upon recommendations. We ordered right away, hungry after a long day at work, and didn’t get our food until an hour past our arrival. We wanted to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt, as we love supporting local, family-owned restaurants. The tamales were dry and unseasoned; the meat was shredded, boiled chicken. We ordered the tacos, and one of them had a blue, green spot on the tortilla. We also ordered the chicken enchiladas … awful. The chicken was completely white, no sauce and no seasoning. There was an uncooked, cold corn tortilla flopped on top of them, and it was barely sprinkled in enchilada sauce. We had trouble eating these because of how dry they were. Our waitress repeatedly ignored our asks. After asking for our check, we waited 10 minutes and finally asked again. $90 seems a bit much for the quality of this food. My mom and I love Mexican food — our favorite cuisine. I work in the restaurant industry, and so I understand mishaps and bad work days; this, however, was inexcusable. If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. This was beyond disappointing, and we definitely will not be back again.

The Margaritas are top notch and the food was excellent. I do wish they would upgrade the decor and seating however.

I understand there is a language barrier but this was so bad it took 15 min to order 2 things and when I went there I spent 20 min going through my insane bill that made no sense. It was $75 all I ordered was 1 chimichangas, cheese burger and chips and salsa. They charged me with 2 chimichangas 3 cheese sauces ($14) . They seemed annoyed with me because they messed up my order. They charge you for chips and sals to which is crazy. Their food used to be identical to the other Mexican place tapitia which is why I ordered there as I loved it a few years ago but it’s completely different. The chimichanga is nasty dry and has some red sauce inside. I’m paying almost $20 which is ridiculous and a cheese burger is almost as much . I asked for the white sauce they give with the chips and salsa and she said ok it’s $5 I was like what??? I paid and it was melted cheese not the white sauce which I guess they don’t serve anymore ether . All I got was I chimichanga, cheese burger , chips and salsa and melted cheese in a small cup and it cost me $50 that is absolutely ridiculous. The other Mexican place gives chips and salsa plus the white sauce FREE . The rudeness over there mistakes , the cost and the nasty quality of food I will never go back again. Why change your food when it used to be amazing. So disappointing. The worst part is I waisted a chunk of my evening waisted $50 and a animal (the chicken) died for nothing because I can’t even eat this stuff they call a chimichanga.

Always great. Always consistent. Would be nice to have outdoor seating but that is not possible.

The street tacos were astoundingly good, particularly the carnitas ones. The drinks are well-made. The waitress that we had, however, didn’t seem to care about her job or about us and only occasionally came by to check on us while spending most of her time talking to who I assume was the manager at the checkout counter.
