Today I called to make an order for delivery. They clearly did not understand the work “Delivery”. While I was making my order. I had to repeat it more than 5 times. I should have known better to just forget and other elsewhere but I kept insisting. I took well over than 1 hour to get it delivered after several attempts to get to it delivered. And once I got it delivered. My food was incorrect and cold. This place has terrible customer service. They didn’t even try to attempt to fix it. I asked for the restaurant manager but he refused to come to the phone to speak to me. Trust me don’t order from this place ever! I ordered chicken fajitas and I received chicken nuggets.

The worst pupusas I have ever tasted, curtido was dry , salsa was watery, girls didn’t have actual knowledge of the diference between pupusas revueltas y pupusas de chicharron and I tried to order platanos con crema and they told me I have to pay extra for crema what kind of salvadorian restaurant charge you for crema when that automatically supposed to come with it , worst experience next time I’ll stay in portchester NY !!!!!
