I went in with an attack of my allergies and Diana was the most gracious hostess The host let me sit at the bar and made space for me and everything. without me having to ask Diana offered me the night special. If you’re passing through Carlsbad, NM this is definitely a place to stop.

We had a great dinner for a reasonable price. Our server was so nice. My husband had a Mexican Burger that had so much meat!! Beware the chili in top is HOT! He was sweating. For vegetarians, I had the cheese quesadilla and added a side of beans. The salsa is good, too. I would eat here again. Yum. La comida estaba buena. Buenas Noches!

Ate here after visiting Carlsbad Caverns and it did not disappoint. Friendly fast service and authentic Mexican cuisine at decent prices. The chorizo queso was the best I’ve Ive had. So glad we left the smelly overpriced cafe near the park and made the trek back to town to eat here!

I found the food at this restaurant to be underwhelming compared to the glowing descriptions in Google reviews. Despite being told by the waiter that their ribeye is the best in town, I was disappointed. Not only did they not ask me about the size I preferred directly ordered the largest, the flavor is very plain. I feel Texas Roadhouse’s ribeye is much better. Considering I spent $40 per person, I didn’t feel it was worth it.

My 1st visit was amazing. Everything was great. Our waitress was on point. She didn’t miss a beat. She served all our food all at once. ( there was 16 of us). I wish I could have gotten her name. She was polite. And always smiling. Will I go back..Most definitely.

We had a great dinner at el Diamante. The food was really good and more than enough. We had the 16oz ribeye and the shrimp tacos. The service was OK, but nothing special.
