Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service, which was consistently rude. Visited the establishment due to positive reviews about the food quality. Although the food was fresh and tasty, the experience was marred by inexcusable wait times and disregard from staff, seemingly prioritizing other customers over me, particularly noticing preference given to Hispanic patrons. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, I had to prompt staff to take my order. Given the subpar service and overpricing, I strongly advise against visiting this deli, as their business model appears to not value customer satisfaction. DO NOT bring your money to deli Chaplin

The food is good, but so many dishes have tomatoes and peppers, which don’t agree with me. Also, I got the feeling that they charge higher prices for customers who look a certain way or may be perceived to be affluent. I know that sounds awful, but I have to be honest. They should have a menu with all their prices, including the baked goods on the counter.

When I went to buy some bread and resived the worst custumer service by a guy.I went to checkout and the guy basically threw My bread on the counter, then he threw the bag on top of the bread and then When it came to giving me back my change he threw the change at me.I was really upset with the cutumer services and if I ever decide to go and resive the same custumer service I will be asking for a supervisor!

The milkshakes are a 10/10 , the fries 10/10 the tacos 10/10 the rest of the food I would not eat as if at times some of those foods are not cooke fall the way like the chicken wings I had and through in the garbage .
