I had never been before but passed by many times. I wish I had stopped sooner! I use to live close to the Yucatan in Quintana Roo and their food takes me back there. I have no complaints. I had pastor tacos and the marinade was delicious. My husband had a burrito and it was beautifully done. We will back and bringing more people in tow! WOW!

Excellent food! Very nice people! The chicken tamales and chicken mole were todays specials and were awesome! My wife and daughter love the chicken enchiladas! Everything we’ve eaten here has been fantastic! We drive to Philomath to eat here a lot! This is our favorite mexican place in the area! Highly recommend! (Food can take a little bit but it’s worth the wait.)

I just ate the fish taco special with two tacos, beans and rice. WOW! Incredible flavors! Honestly the best meal I’ve had all year. Great family run establishment. Food is always fresh and delicious. Daily specials. Prices are reasonable and service is quick and friendly! This place is easy to miss. It’s inside the Chevron station. Find it, and eat here.

I can’t express how shocked I was by the quality of the food here. Quick, fresh and amazing flavor. Even in Portland with thousands of restaurants, you can’t find authentic food this good. Staff was so nice and made accommodations for my diet needs (veggie + dairy free)! My only issue is: now that i’ve gone back home out of town, I’m going to have major cravings for those tacos

This restaurant isn’t good Mexican food, but amazing Mexican cuisine unassumedly tucked away with a gas station convinience store. The presentation was lovely and the food beautifully flavored. If I lived in the area I would be a regular.

Salbutes are hard to find and these were a delight! The chirmole turkey was tender and delicious. The turkey on the panuchos is smokier and goes well with the spicy roasty red salsa. The turkey caldo was perfect for a rainy winter day. Well worth a stop for the Yucatan specialties.

The cochinita pibil burrito is great, but it can use a little more meat . The green carnitas burrito exceptional tasty . Service num 1, I highly recommend a visit to enjoy traditional southern Mexican food.

We’ve enjoyed this establishment a few times now, and we are always blown away by how fresh and delicious their food is. From the herbs to the proteins, it is AMAZING! Please give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. I had the enchilada plate, my husband had chicken tacos, and our daughter had a chicken and cheese quesadilla and all of them were perfect. Service is fast and friendly for how fresh and tasty it is. We will keep coming back 🙂
