Nice little Hispanic store with food. The food was good but the CARNE ASADA TACOS were different. Different meaning I wasnt expecting them the way I got them. Carne asada is usually meat chopped up and not in strips (ijs) they were still good don’tget me wrong. If you are picking up at TYSON PLANT you can bobtail here to get food

Highly recommended!
We were traveling to Virginia Beach when we saw the sign for El Crucero y Taquería and decided to stop — and we’re so glad we did! The food is absolutely delicious, with a homemade flavor you can truly taste. The tacos have a unique and authentic flavor, just like something you’d get at home. If you enjoy real, home-style Mexican food, this place is a must-try. We’d definitely come back. A hidden gem!

Tacos are great, lovely little grocery store – has fresh produce! We ended up buying some chilies and onions that we needed anyway x)

Delicious tacos, papusas, and tamales with plenty of flavorful, spicy salsa. Plus while you wait for your food, you can shop a grocery store with great candy, ice cream, fruit, and dessert/bread.

Absolutely delicious. We stopped on a road trip and were so happy we did! The tacos were amazing and so fresh. The fried plantains were excellent as well. Hoping to stop on our way back, too! They have picnic tables outdoors for seating.

We thought the place was closed when we drove in, but we’re so happy we went in! Super cute grocery/taqueria (to go only), very nice owner, and the tacos Al Pastor were definitely worth the stop! It felt like an authentic experience, though far away from Mexico. Thanks!

A great place to grab a quick lunch if you work at wallops. The alpastor tacos are phenomenal. There is also a wide variety of Mexican produce/cooking supplies. $10 minimum purchase to use a card.
