I’ve been eating here since I was a little girl. The food is yummy with a perfect price point!
They have salsa bar and free spicy pickled carrots & jalapeños.
The staff is always friendly. This is a great local family owned restaurant!!
The dining area is small (more of a taco shop vibe). They can only seat 16 and have 4 booths that fit 4 adults. The restaurant is always clean.
We are obsessed with the creamy “American guac” but the traditional guacamole is also great!

I have been coming to this location for over a year now and I just had to take the time to write how AMAZING the food and service is at this location. I am always greeted when I come in and the food is consistentantly made with the same amazing taste, portions, hot, and fast service. If your looking for some good Mexican food to eat, this place is a must.

Don’t eat here they are dirty and will most likely give you food poisoning. Not even 15 minutes after eating my burrito I was already on the toilet. It made me very sick for 10 days+

Love this place. They are always friendly, great value, great food and it’s awesome to have abuela (grandma) making the food. It really tastes like homemade. I always get the combo. Carne asada burrito, 3x rolled tacos and a drink for $14 out the door. 5 out of 5. You won’t be disappointed.

Ordered a Cali burrito added sour cream and an offbrand bottle of water, the total was $17.35. They forgot to put sour cream, and then they put refried beans in it and then meat and fries on different ends of the burrito lmao. Last time I ever go to a cotixan.
