This food truck is tucked away in the back of the parking lot, so it’s a little easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it, but it’s well worth the search. We tried the chicken, birria, and chorizo tacos, and they were all fantastic — really authentic and flavorful. My only minor complaint is that they don’t offer any veggie taco options. If you’re a meat eater, this is a must-visit, but hopefully, they’ll add some vegetarian choices soon!

You know when you look at a photo and instantly know it’s going to taste amazing? That was this place.
The torta was a 10/10 — loaded with all the fixings you could ask for. The guac, the pickled jalapeños… soooo good. Everything was fresh and flavorful.
My family ordered the quesabirria and the portions were solid. My husband especially loved it — he said it had tons of flavor and the meat wasn’t earthy at all (which can sometimes happen).
We will be back energy forrrr sure

This is our favorite Mexican food truck in Beaverton, and we have tried quite a few. Their old location was walking distance from us, and we liked the food so much we followed them to their new location even though we have 3 other food trucks in walking distance, we will drive to get El Comalillo because nothing else compares. The owners are really nice too and were so welcoming when we first moved to Beaverton. We always get a taco plate and quesabirria with horchata or strawberry drink. Great food made by great people. 5 stars.

I was a little hesitant to order from here when I didn’t see reviews but I’m so glad I did because this little food truck might be the best birria I’ve ever had and for sure the best I’ve had in the pnw! It’s tucked in the corner of the ampm a little hidden and the owners are also very sweet. The consome is so flavorful and has the perfect flavor. The quesabirria tacos are so delicious I always have to get at least 4! Definitely make sure to check it out over the other trendier birria spots in Portland because this is the real deal! (Great price as well, doesn’t overcharge like other places)

Hands down the best taco truck!!!! Great customer service, everything made fresh with good food portions. I got tamales, birria torta and enchiladas Michoacánas the best is the best here! Highly recommend this place!!!!

Excellent mexican food. Got #9 Birria plate and a #10 QuesaBirria Taco (3) plate. Lots of food provided in each of the plates! The Birria plate had at least 1/2-3/4 pounds of chuck roast, along with servings of mexican rice and pinto beans, radish slices, lime wedges and 4 good sized flour tortillas. The QuesaBirria Tacos were comprised of 3 regular sized tacos with a large pint of birria consome and radish slices and lime wedges. The taco tortillas had been dunked in birria sauce properly. The birria meat and t
was tender, the consome flavorful and nothing overly salty. Food definitely scratch made and not processed or frozen premade. Food staid hot for the 20 minutes it took for me to get to a spot where I could get a cold one to drink with it. Then, I was too hungry to take photos of the food before digging in. Definitely a very good spot for Mexican food, especially birria.

Best Quesabirria around! I’ve tried to find another place on days they are closed, however no place compares. I’m also a huge fan of the Strawberry Horchata.
Also the best customer service. I recently had oral surgery and was craving the birria meat and cheese, I was made a wonderful plate and it was perfect for my craving!

This was our first time here. We walked up 5 min to closing, and we were greeted with welcoming and friendly service. We each got five tacos (a combination of birria, chicken, and asada-all full of flavor) and a strawberry agua fresca- best one we have ever had. Literally! Highly recommend this place! We will be back
