The food at this place is delicious and the staff is very friendly and courteous!!! BUT 95% of all the times that I order food for pickup they give me an estimate as to how long the food is going to take to be ready and it’s all lies… they could tell me that it will be ready in 15, 20 months, 25 or even 30 mins but once I get there at the time they told me to come I end up waiting for at least another 15-20 mins. It really is a bummer since I’m only given an hour for lunch at my job and just to pick the food up takes me more than actually enjoying their delicious food.. most of the times I order a lunch special (which is supposed to be ready to serve) and I get the food 40+ mins later

If you’re craving authentic Colombian food in Weston, El Colombiano is the place to go! The ambiance is welcoming and clean, and it’s clearly a popular spot. The portions were incredibly generous for the price – fantastic value. The menu had so many tempting. We particularly loved the natural juices (the Jugo de Mora and Limonada con coco were highlights), the tasty Arepa con pollo y queso, and the truly authentic Ajiaco (with all the traditional fixings). The Plantano maduro con queso y bocadillo was a delightful discovery. Even the takeout empanadas were perfect. Highly, highly recommend experiencing the real taste of Colombia here!

WOW! My group was visiting from out of town and the only thing we wanted for dinner was something we had never tried before and we found this on our route back to the hotel and decided to try it. The menus were ipads which was really cool. Every menu item we got was absolutely fantastic. The whole tilapia dish was awesome, the blood sausage and carne asada were fantastic, and the seafood soup was delicious. we even got some pastries, which they keep in a bakery case. overall awesome experience and we loved our server Carolina, who was very helpful and patient with us.

Food was great, service outstanding, however the programming on the TV was disgusting to say the least. There were women on very tiny bikinis on a very provocative poses and showing breast and butts, there were small kids in the restaurant. We talking about 6 to 8 year old. Not cool. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about the experience here. If you can avoid El Colombiano, do so—or at the very least, make sure you have nowhere else to be for several hours.
The issues started immediately. The restaurant feels incredibly cramped, and the management seems to take care of clients however they see fit rather than following any fair order. We watched at least two tables arrive after us and receive their food while we were still sitting empty-handed. It became clear that they prioritize mobile orders over the actual sitting clients in the dining room.
Expect a wait of at least an hour before your food even hits the table. To make matters worse, the service is abysmal. Our waitress was incredibly combative, even going so far as to act like she was doing us a “favor” just for taking our order.
Between the long wait, the disorganized seating, and the hostile service, this was a total disappointment. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
