Didn’t ask our drink order till after we’d eaten the chips and salsa, they charge for water. Fish tacos and el jefe were amazing! Salsa and chips were great! But they charge for more chips and salsa without warning, surprising.

If you’re just passing by you need to stop and taste their food. It is worth it. As a trucker, we don’t have much of a choice of where to stop and eat a good hot meal I’ll be stopping by more. Try the Agua de Pepino it was fire !!!!

Ok. I’m going to keep this blunt. This place sucks, the shrimp has a funky taste to it and I’m feeling sick as of writing this. I got the shrimp with fish filet. For starters it was very bland, the most redeeming part of this meal was eating the limes. (Yes I’m a psychopath, you don’t gotta tell me twice) the fries had a nice crisp yet no seasoning. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars food wise is because of the Valentina hot sauce and the hot corn tortillas. Other than the bad food the employees are very nice but the atmosphere could use some work.

Fried fish has no flavor, need to learn how to season it better, fried shrimp same, lacks seasoning, fed to dogs.
Churros would be much better without caramel sauce on them, ruined the crunch and doesn’t taste good.
Seafood soup, no reason to have unpealed shrimp/prawn in soup, other than that my daughter likes it.
Agua Fresca and fried cheescake are my wife’s favorite.
The Bacon Wrapped Shrimp is pretty good.
Don’t think I will be ordering from here for a while, maybe next time food will have better flavor.

Had dinner (group of 4) on a slow Friday don’t know what it was?!?!
If the waitress was new or she wasn’t focused. Majority of the time the Manager was on a laptop and the waitress’s were on their phones.
• Asked for a Negra Modelo, she brought out a Modelo Especial.
•My order (Molcajete Mariscero) never arrived, ask to what the status was; later the Manager came out, apologized stated that my order was to take a bit longer, 15 minutes more (because it was given by accident to another customer) after we have been there for about 25 minutes. I politely cancel my order.
• My son and his girlfriends order were a bit spicy, I requested refills of the soft drinks, the waitress brought out Horchatas instead.
• Requested a small take home tray for my wife’s food, waitress forgot, had to tell her again to request a take home tray.
I know things happen, no hard feelings, but this should be a learning experience and refocusing need to be made on part of the management and employee.
