☕️ Cafe de Olla (homemade Mexican coffee with a touch of cinnamon and cane sugar): This hot, robust coffee is just the perfect morning perk to start off the morning. The cinnamon and sugar are perfect, no cream needed.
Horchata (refreshing rice-based cinnamon beverage): This creamy drink is ice cold and refreshing.
Birria is slow cooked goat meat with special spices served with consome on the side.
Tacos Dorados (3 tacos folded and grilled on handmade tortillas, cheese, birria, onion, cilantro, salsa, and served with 8oz of consome): These crisp tacos are the perfect way to enjoy birria. They have all semblance of a taco but the birria is out of this world, rich, tender, and sabroso! Tacos are also a perfect way to dunk into the consome. If you have some left, be sure to drink it. It has all of the flavor of the goat and spices.
️ Chilaquiles Plate with Birria and 2 Eggs (avocado extra): Perfect for breakfast but I think I could eat this any time of day! The green sauce on the chilaquiles is perfect with the birria. Breaking the yolk and mixing it with the consome from the birria and the green sauce is just mind-boggling! The chips stayed crispy through the process and ate it like nachos. I’m still dreaming about it!

Delicious. Good service, clean place, nice atmosphere with good Mexican music. I ate there and didn’t have to wait long. I placed an order to bring food home and it was ready in minutes. If you like birria this is the spot.

Really good goat birria—full of flavor, tender, and rich. The goat wasn’t too gamey. We dined in, and the friendly lady explained the menu to us. The food was served quickly. Tortilla soft and fluffy and made on site. The salsa was hot and spicy, and I enjoyed a cold Mexican Coke afterward.
The restaurant is small but very clean. I appreciated the hand-washing station by the entrance. The two ladies working there were friendly and courteous. The parking lot is small and busy. I’m glad I stumbled upon this place and will definitely be back

Stopped by the Corona location. They definitely do goat birria right. I had the pistolita, consomé, and tacos dorados—the meat was tender, tortillas made fresh, and dipping into the broth pulled it all together. The consomé had a lot of flavor without feeling too heavy. I also got the flan pan dulce jericalla, which was a good finish, and the michelada hit the spot. The menu’s pretty simple, but that’s kind of the point—they stick to what they do best. Solid spot to hit when you’re craving birria.

Last visit was 4 years ago, been wanting to come back ever since the covid pandemic. So glad I got to re-visit, love the goat birria ans consomme ofcourse and now I am in love with the Pina drink as well. The young lady who helped us was awesome and welcoming. Hidden gem of a place if you like birria el chivo.

I saw this place on a YouTube video and decided to drive an hour to try it. I ordered the pistolita, plus one pound of birria they both come with consome. They have hand-made tortillas. I would really suggest that you get the pistolita as the one pound of birria is somewhat dry. They had the AC on so you can really enjoy your consome. Overall, the birria was good it doesn’t have that strong smell you get at some other places. Their salsa could use some improvement. Also had a lemon cucumber agua fresca.

This is goat birria Nochistlan Zacatecas style. They sell it by the pound, plate, quesabirria, or taco. It is good. I really liked the QuesaBirria. The red salsa was really spicy just the way I like it. The cafe de hoya was good and the agua de pepino too. If you have never tried goat meat I recommend you try a taco first, and if you like it try a plate or quesabirria.

Food was great. The Quesabierra comes with a small cup of consume to dip in. Each one is cut in half about the size of two tacos total. There is a little meat as a topping and more inside with a ton of cheese. The consume was well seasoned and probably my favorite part. The wait was at least 15-20 minutes after placing the order for food to be ready.

Small little spot in Corona, but the birria was amazing. Fresh hand made tortillas with every order! The agua de piña was delicious and refreshing. I ordered a pistolita and it came with consome(broth) that was super flavorful, it touched my soul. Some of the best birria I’ve had in a while, definitely recommend.
