Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving solid birria. The flavors are rich and comforting, and you can tell the food is made with care. The meat was tender and well seasoned, and the consommé had great depth. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming. We moved to Ontario a few years ago from LA county, and one of the things we missed the most was the food. We are always looking for great places to eat, So today we decided to Try EL Chivito Birrieria. This place did not disappoint the ladies behind the counter were extremely attentive to our needs. We ordered 4 pounds of Birrieria, which came with consome and freshly handmade Tortillas and one large horchata. The meat was super tender, the consome was very tasty and did not disappoint. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you, El Chivito Birrieria, and mostly thank you to all your staff./ El chivito birrieria la comida estuvo deliciosa. Small place but you can smell the amazing aromas of the food. The food was delicious, and I would highly recommend. They dont seem to be on top of mobile or togo orders so I would call ahead or wait a few minutes after receiving notifications of completed orders.

The chilaquiles con birria y huevos is delicious. You can ask for the chilaquiles not to be so soggy, and the birria is not dry. The consome is also delicious, as well as the café de olla. The service has gotten better. I love coming here.

Great experience, the moment u walk in to be seated, you know your about to be presented with a great meal, almost feels home cooked, and very fresh ingredients, freshly cut cilantro, onions, and limes for your tacos and the consame too. The prices are just right for your portions. Bring the whole family to enjoy. I will be back!!

This one hurts a little to post because I love the food here, The place is nice but the past few times I’ve been disappointed. Not because of the food but the service. We go every 2 weeks or so and the last two times we’ve been forgotten to get our order taken or they’ve called people ahead they think I didn’t notice but I did I saw the list. Out of all of the girls only one has been so kind to us I wish I knew her name but kudos to her for being the only nice one there and even apologized when she realized they didn’t take our order for like 40 min.
Other then that the food is good, the chilaquiles have to be my favorite and I really like the chocomil similar to the one from Jalisco…

This place is a hidden jem! I was here for work and was brought here for breakfast, thanks Epi! I had the chilaquiles with birria and OMG melt in your mouth perfection with hand made tortillas fried to golden perfection. This will now be on my regular stops when ever I need to be on the 15.
