Food was so delicious I absolutely loved the Tlayuda, it’s a big crispy tortilla with smothered black beans and then they add shredded cabbage and shredded Mexican cheese topped off with steak pieces and tomato and avocado slices and the Chile toriado definitely recommended one of the best so far 10/10

Got a chicken taco and chicken nachos and the nachos were a big disappointment. Full of refried beans and topped with too much cheese and sour cream. Disgusting appearance and flavor wasn’t great. Don’t waste your money on this truck.

I love the tortillas they use for their street tacos. I got lengua and asada tacos and although the lengua wasn’t my favorite, the asada was perfect. If I lived in the area, this would be a regular lunch spot for me.

Ordered a Carne Asada burrito. Terrible experience. Meat was heavily undercooked with a very chewy texture. Majority of the meat in the burrito was chunks of fat and nerve. Might be the worst I’ve tasted here in Hillsboro so far. Won’t be going back.

The food was great. They make fresh homemade corn tortillas right in front of you and they are so darned good. I ordered a Carne Asada (steak) Chavindeca, it’s like a Quesadilla with your choice of meat, with cheese inside of course. Lol. With chopped lettuce, Mexican Sour Cream, Queso Fresco, (fresh Mexican Cheese), and it come with salsa if you want. It’s the best anywhere. Sorry I forgot to take a picture, I was so hungry
