Delicious veggie breakfast burritos in Santa Fe. More still?
The red and green sauces (which come with the food) are beyond good. None of the veggie options have fake meat (big plus). There’s plenty of parking nearby. They have massive cups of horchata. There are tables to eat there. We went twice in three days. Amazing value for money. I didn’t eat anything with meat but if the veggie options and other reviews are anything to go by, I’m sure they slap too.
Just go. So, so good.

Really good tacos. I got al pastor and chicken adobo. Personally I liked the adobo better. A bit of miscommunication led to my tacos ending up with no toppings, but they’re real good on their own and I got the sauces at least.

Best burritos I’ve ever had, and the topping bar is exceptional. Definitely a must anytime I come to Santa Fe now. And it’s a woman owned business, what’s better than that!

Great Breakfast Burrito! The Chili has just the right amount of spiciness (hot, but not unpleasant). I recommend the Louis meat breakfast burrito w/ the Christmas chili (red & green Chile). Only downside is they are a little expensive, but at least the are large. As always, Tell’em OuttaTownTony sent you!

I ordered three steak tacos and i couldnt eat them because of how chewy the steak way i couldnt even chew it enough i wasnt able to eat it i ended up throwing the food in the trash unfortunately after overpaying thats another thing its not cheap at all disgusting will never be back again and I have no idea whats the hype is all about everyone says its the best truck in santa fe i think because of the nice setup clean setup like a restaurant feel but that doesnt matter if the food is disgusting
