Wow, Wow, Service is a huge 5 star! Sidney, was on par, our cups were never empty! Everything we needed, brought to us was done in a good minute! The reason I say the service was a huge 5 star, because they HELPED each other! Cleo, checked on everyone and when our waitress was busy he brought the items I asked for. (Instead of going to look for our waitress) I love to see a helpful staff and not just looking out for themselves! Keep up the great work!
The reason for not a full 5 star was because the rice was too hard. I really did enjoy the rest of my food though!

Chips has salt on them, cheese was good and thick. Chicken was burnt and taste burn. Dry rice, beans no taste. Service was horrible. She forget our order. Tea had sweet in low in it. Their drinks are watered down.

I’m not surprised at how poor the service is. I’ve been here multiple times hoping it gets better, but leave disappointed. The hostess was solemn and rude, the waitress was timid and clueless. The manager came by but failed to inquire about the food. The rice is just barely cooked, the potions are minuscule compared to the price. The tortillas are garbage. The meat I assume has no flavor because it’s hiddrn under an overly powerful sauce. Cheese, what cheese? The only thing i enjoyed were the chips. This is a growing trend here In Lawton. Poor service matched with careless staff that put quantity over quality. There’s no pride in their work anymore. No wonder so many businesses go under.

Quite possibly worst meal of our lives. With only about 10 people there on a Friday night you think things would go smooth. Food took forever, was over cooked and cold. Chip salsa tasted like ketchup with red pepper. Service polite but just overwhelmed and needs training. Ate a few bites and left to eat somewhere else.

The service is always impeccable and this was one of our favorite locations in the mall. This go round it was not as good. They ran out of Corona for our Margaritas. The Queso was OK but my burrito bowl was very bland and the corn was dried up in it and missing the tortilla. My husband was not impressed either. We will go somewhere else.

We had a birthday celebration at El Chico. We were well taken care of by our waitress Chelsea!! She was wonderful! The only slight negative was that my daughter (the birthday person) would have liked her Chile relleno to be more crisply fried. Thanks for a fun evening.
