I currently lived here in the basement and these people are so rude!!!! There’ve harassed me they would go into my room when I wasn’t home And invade my privacy…. and they didn’t see anything wrong with that!!!! Fair warning don’t rent from these ppl they accused me of stealing defamation of character

The food is good and I have been going here for some time however, today I had the worst service ever. Waited 45 min for our food, come to find they they had gone to the store to buy the lettuce for our salads. They never gave us water the entire time we sat there. We ordered Chicken Teriyaki with only salad and requested to have no rice. We requested for the substitution of the rice to have salad. We only got same amount of salad of what the regular order would have. So then we asked for the rice since we had paid full price. When she returned with the rice, she had her long finger nail stuck in the rice. I went up to talk to the owner and noticed that one of the ladies was not wearing gloves while she was tearing up the lettuce. I explained to the owner that this was bad service however I liked the food here and it would have been common courtesy to have informed us that there was no lettuce and we could have ordered something else. She said it wasn’t her fault that everyone came in at the same time. It was the “lunch hour”. I explained that they were rude and should be prepared. I was still really calm and didn’t expect that type of behavior from a business owner. I then said I would have expected some sort of apology or for them to not have charged me. At that point she said it was fine and would give me my money back. She gave me the attitude as in “here’s your money and don’t come back”
