Now when it comes to Quality vs Price I would say that the food is not bad, but if I’m judging based on just the taste…it’s not good. My 3 entree plate was slathered in beans…like where are the other sauces?? A Chile relleno and an enchilada should not be covered up in watery beans. The rice was cooked to perfection, but it had too much of a garlic taste. So when all the food tastes like bland beans, and the only flavor is coming from the rice you need to go back to the drawing board.
Food is all about flavor and presentation. These are small tweaks that CAN be fixed, and if they fixed them they’d get more business. Especially with their prices! They’d be the new spot everyone would want to go to.
My last criticism is the AC temperature…IT WAS 97 OUTSIDE! Why was the AC at 88 DEGREES?!?!
Please take all of this into consideration. ❤️
The customer service at the restaurant was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure to address any requests or questions promptly. Their welcoming attitude added a positive touch to my dining experience.
However, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. As a fan of Mexican cuisine, I had high expectations for the flavors and authenticity of the dishes. Unfortunately, the food fell short. The flavors were bland and lacked the vibrant taste I associate with Mexican cuisine. The ingredients seemed mediocre, resulting in an underwhelming gastronomic experience.
Moreover, the lack of air conditioning was a significant drawback, particularly considering the scorching 97-degree weather. The absence of a cool and comfortable environment made it difficult to enjoy the meal fully. It’s important for a restaurant to prioritize the comfort of its patrons, especially during extreme weather conditions. I found it disappointing that this aspect was not adequately addressed.
In conclusion, the Mexican restaurant provided excellent customer service, but the food quality was disappointing, and the lack of air conditioning during 97-degree weather was uncomfortable. I hope the restaurant takes these aspects into consideration and strives to improve the culinary offerings and dining environment in the future.
