Restaurant was clean, Food was hot. Waitress is very friendly. Food came quickly. The day we went it was a very cold day and the restaurant was very cold inside. Host was wearing a coat and the waitress was in layers of clothing. Don’t know why it was cold inside but for someone who is allergic to the cold , it was a hurry up and eat let’s go experience.

Got charged $15 for a pan of chicken that is like five bites! Ridiculous ppl! We were also overcharged $7. This isn’t worth the money spent! I requested manger to be told she was the manager and was refused the owners information.

The restaurant was clean and full of diners for our supper. Menu features plenty of options and is nicely laid out – it even has pictures of certain dishes.
Atmosphere is good and service was prompt. My burrito tasted great and this restaurant offers complimentary chips and salsa.
Parking is on the street – I’d recommend parking on the west side of the building for an easier exit, as traffic on the highway through town can make things difficult.

Worst taste of nothing. If beans and rice are not good then good luck! Old pico was used to make ceviche tomato’s were sour and bad avocado. Chips were stale, almost couldn’t crunch them. Rice was undercooked didn’t know you could mess up refried beans. When we asked for different chips they just put hot ones on top. The same pile of stuck together chips were in the basket. We paid 40 bucks but will never be back

We decided to try this place while visiting the other day. The service was good. The chicken fajita burrito was delicious. It was surprisingly spicy, which I liked. The chips, salsa, and guacamole were also very good. We’ll visit again next time we’re in the area.

This has been they worst experience I have had with el charro with so called new management we have had every birthday of the family there and have never had an issue with portions and especially the taco salad is normal stuffed to the brim and this is hardly any thing and my stepmom would also agree because she loves there taco salad what is worse with this is we tried explaining to the manager what the problem was with the order and then said she would call the cops and would not refund even the taco salad let alone the other issues with other items in the order such as nothing was marked or labeled one bag of chips with 5 cups of salsa even though we got four on-trays so another bag of chips would of been nice along with my s.o saying the chimichanga was not worth it so point
