My boyfriend and I stopped here in October 2023 during a roadtrip for some food while staying at capitol reef, needless to say the food was AMAZING!! Fast forward to this October, we ended up adding Torrey Utah back to our itinerary. We knew we had to stop back at this particular food stop, the guy ended up remembering who we were! Just such a nice gentleman, loves talking with his customers and making sure they’re fully satisfied, I wish I got his name! Overall, the food here is jaw dropping I can’t say it enough, amazing service, and so reasonable in price for how good it was. If you find yourself through Torrey Utah, it would be a mistake to not stop here. I would pay whatever it took to get this food truck back to New York with me!

Absolutely delicious food! I came here after hiking all day and was hoping for some good Mexican food and was extremely impressed! The California burrito was so fresh and delicious. Not to mention the friendly service! I wish I was coming back this way tomorrow so I could stop here again!

Really good Mexican tacos! As a Mexican, I honestly didn’t have high hopes but this delivered! The shrimp and carne asada tacos were both super tasty. Would definitely recommend!

We lovedddd the California burrito!! It was even more delicious as compared to the burritos we had in Mexico! Definitely authentic Mexican food to have after a hike at Capitol Reef!

Amazing food, the shrimp and barbacoa beef tacos were fantastic, super moist and packed with flavor. California burrito was also good, very filling, and the French fries that were inside the burrito were so crunchy they added a much needed crunch to the burrito. I would definitely go back! The Mexican coca cola was nice and refreshing, but the “mango beverage” wasn’t a soda, so it just didn’t have the kick that I needed when I’m eating tacos.

Had a carnitas taco and it was proper. The shredded pork had been browned up so you got crunchy bits and the guy doesn’t try to Americanize it with cheese and sour cream, etc. Just a solid proper Mexican taco. The green sauce didn’t have much heat, which I missed, but I assume they know their customer palette.
The tacos aren’t cheap for a taco truck. But the price was par for the area. And I have to say that it was pretty loaded with meat.
Would definitely return.

My family and I were passing through Torrey and wanted a quick snack so we stopped here. We ordered some carnitas and barbacoa tacos and some sopes. The food was fantastic! Everything was hot and fresh, great portions, not greasy, and fantastic flavors. The carnitas were some of the best I’ve ever had. We have been to quite a few taco trucks and this one did not disappoint! Would highly recommend stopping if your passing through Torrey!

Absolutely delicious! The best quesadilla we’ve ever had. The chicken was moist and flavorful and all the homemade toppings put it over the top. The guacamole was generous and so tasty. The chips were warm, crisp, and also homemade. We ate at a picnic table on a beautiful day. You must go!

The food was really good. My husband got the charro torta and it had a really good flavor. The fries were crispy and flavorful too. We came later in the day on a holiday so they were out of a few things like ketchup (for my fries), my husband got ketchup in his. They were also out of carne asada. I got the carnitas California burrito and it had good flavor but I felt like they added too many fries in it. The staff were nice and courteous. This was a good spot and the food is really good. The charro torta killed it though! Would come again.
