Came here on a Sunday afternoon , wasn’t packed at all, food was good ! We got the lobster plate , tacos and drinks .
Serviced was really bad at first , our server kept forgetting our things so I had to get up and ask for them and she said she was sorry that she was all alone serving , I said it was okay but it wasn’t even busy at all , it was my table and two other small tables . After our server left a nice gentlemen kept serving us and his service was way better ! I wouldn’t come back again tho .

My family has enjoyed this restaurant for many years. It’s under new management now and the inside has been remodeled. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. We like it so much that we asked them to cater a family event for us! I got so many compliments on the food. Everything was ready for pick up as promised and exceeded my expectations! I’ll definitely let El Chapala do the cooking for me in the future so I can relax and enjoy the company! Thank you, Audrey!

The only reason why I’m here giving them a review with one star is because of my experience the last few times I’ve order from this place. I been coming to this restaurant quite a few times over the years. To be honest the service, the food portions and the customer service has been lacking. Even the place itself needs to be upgraded. Today I was more dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I was giving and needless to say the way the owner himself acted when I went back to asked why the portion of the Chile was so little. For them to charge me extra $ to add a scoop of Chile? for a plate that should be well Portioned. I’m not sure if this is just a lack of customer satisfaction, or the owner doesn’t care about his loyal clientele. This people make money making good food and to be somewhat selfish to add more to their plates?? The whole point of a plate is to go home happy not to go home still hungry because a place wasn’t filling enough.

I had the green chicken enchiladas with a horchata, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. It always has been my favorite order. My little brother had asada tacos and that was really good too with the home made corn tortillas. My favorite place for authentic Mexican food, always. I was gonna take a picture of my food but I forgot and ate it all.
