We went there yesterday for the first time, and the food was good. I had the tampiquena, asked for the steak to be cooked medium, and it was perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was nice. The place was a little smaller than it looked from the outside but it was cute and clean.
Myself and 2 others that I was with had one little complaint, and it was that the guacamole had too much lime. To the point that you couldn’t taste the avocado.
That aside, we look forward to going back!

Overall, very yummy and fresh food & great customer service. I tried the pork tacos, chorizo breakfast tacos (pictured, w/ no avocado), and the quesabirria combo. The meat was seasoned well, and I like how they double up the corn tortillas & individually wrap the tacos (for to-go). They also have breakfast all day, which I think is really cool since many places don’t offer that anymore. Excellent customer service and a nice & quaint dining room. I’ll definitely have to try their margaritas!

My wife and I have been here two times and every time it was amazing. The owner is a very kind, sincere man. My wife and I both had a great conversation with him. It was very informative. His son, a nice young man who is waiting tables is learning a great lesson about how to earn an honest days pay for an honest day of work. Only reason why we haven’t been back that we’ve both had surgeries and been sick. I’m thankful for a place like this where you can get great food and great conversation. I don’t understand some of these reviews especially the one where a Family posted two reviews for the same meal. I’m disappointed to hear that that couple used racial slurs against the owner. We all bleed red. We are all the same. we will be going back real soon. We miss this good Mexican cooking and of course, the great conversation❣️

Today was the first time my husband and I patronizing this restaurant and the food was . Food was fresh, chicken was juicy not dried, steak was juicy, and flavorable. The portions were good and filling. We ordered nachos with grilled chicken, an upcharge but worth it, steak taco and enchiladas dinners. We definitely will be going back.

We ordered out. However I asked for concha. I love that bread. The waiter got me the last warm piece to eat while we waited for the order! It was warm and so delish! It’s right across the street. I will be back again. They also gave us salsa and chips in our take home bag!

First time. Wanted to try local. The carne asada fries was ok, the the pieces of steak was dried up crumbs. The pork burritos was a wob of over cooked “pork ” mixed in a sauce that was over seasoned. The beans and rice waa dry and tasteless.

We were seated and it took about 20 minutes before the server came to our table. There was only 1 other couple in the restaurant. That’s when we got our menus. We didn’t get to order til about half an hour after we got there. It took about another 30 minutes before we got our food. It took a bit for our waiter to come out so I could ask for our checks. Only 1 other table was seated during our time there. I had the chimichanga and it was good. The server mixed up a couple of things that was ordered.

My girlfriend and I came here to eat. The service is fast! Our server was nice.. so nice he was actually kind of entertaining. We chatted a bit and he was fun and funny (I think he was the owner). Anyway, because the service is so fast, the food comes out practically right as it’s plated.. so fresh and hot! Rice was on point. I mean all the food was on point but don’t we judge a Mexican restaurant by its rice.. ( and for some it’s guacamole)… Who’s with me?! Overall it was a great experience!

We had an excellent meal. We dined in. The service was great. Food was so good. Portions were great. I will definitely be going back!! I had the chicken milanesa dinner with hibiscus water. I also had a fresh out of the oven concha (Mexican pastry) with some of the best champurrado!! Definitely give them a try!!
