We had a very large group like 20 people, but they were able to not only accommodate us, they managed to get ALL the food out for all of us very quickly!

Food was amazing! I had a quesadilla and it was soo cheesy! Chips and dip were also very tasty! My sister loved her meal as well. Plates were empty when we left. The pink lemonade was tasty too. Our server was a super nice gentleman and the atmosphere and decoration were also very relaxing and well done. Super clean and nice place! Will be back!

Just had a terrible experience at EL Catrin restaurant. We were the first patrons there and the waitress when she seated us she wanted to sit us at a booth but when I asked for a table for my four she said management likes to sit the booths first. I said if we could I prefer the table. She sat us at the table while the manager gave her a strange look. She took our drink order politely and courteous. The waitress was very nice. We ordered our food again we were the 1st people in the restaurant. My wife and my two adult children were talking and laughing and enjoying ourselves. Other patrons came in and were seated. While we sat and talked I noticed about 40 minutes after being there two other families that came in 30 minutes after us were being served their meals. I asked my waitress why are everyone else eating and we haven’t been served. She when and spoke to the manager and the manager told her that our food is just now cooking. I asked for my bill for my drinks and told the waitress we were leaving. The waitress went to the manager about 10 feet away and told her we wanted to leave. The manager went to the register and gave her our bill she brought it to us I paid and we left. The manager never apologized for the service or anything. The food is good but we won’t spend anymore money here again. Poor poor poor poor poor poor management. Since this new management service has really gone down.

Not bad. Food was good and drinks were even better. I was there for a birthday celebration with a party of 10. I didn’t give 5 stars because there was a mixup with the food and our server was very snippy about it. But other than that, seems to be a popular place. Tower drinks were $30…we had two!!

Amazing amazing amazing! That is the only word that comes to mind when thinking how great El Catrin is. My husband and I were thinking about where to eat when we passed by this place. The food is great, the service is wonderful and the drinks are delicious everything from the appetizers to the food was up to par with lots of flavor! They have delicious flavored waters that taste natural! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to have some Mexican!
Don’t forget to ask for Nancy when you come! She was absolutely wonderful and very attentive!!

I will start by saying we had fabulous, five star service from beginning to end. The staff were super nice and attentive. I love the theme and atmosphere of the restaurant. My food was very tasty. I ordered the chorizo tacos mexicano style and they had great flavor. The only part that I didn’t love was that the Tortillas were pretty oily (and not from the chorizo). It was strange to see so much oil, but I loved the tacos nonetheless.
