I have been to this place a few times now with my family. Back in the day it was a better place better food and cheaper prices. Went last week food was not tht great steak was chewy the servers were nice HOWEVER they added to themselves a 38$ tip! For a group of 4 people 2 adults and 2 kids annnnnnddddddd the bill was originally 71$! However total amount with the tip they added to themselves was 109$! Just insane! This is the 2nd time this happens to me here 1st time we just let it go maybe thought it was a mistake but twice is a no go. Unfortunately won’t be back

Deceiving practices when it comes to billing. The food was really good and very friendly staff…until the bill came. It’s a handwritten bill where the math doesn’t add up. Tip was included, but not noted. When questioned they acted surprised. They would’ve gotten more tip money had they been honest. They also don’t have anything posted about an extra charge when paying with credit card and ask for more tip on the printed bill. I didn’t like that, but the food is good

Honduran here! Well, I visited this place with a lot of expectations since I’m coming from a really distant place (Alaska) food was delicious, I had the Pollo con Tajadas (Chicken with green banana chips) and Sopa de Res (Beef Soup) both were great, I just wish the portion for the chicken could have been a little bit more, but other than that it was great! They have imported Coca Cola which was wonderful! Totally recommended!

Horrible experience, ordered a delivery about 3 minutes away from their restaurant, I ordered una orden de tajadas con carne, with extra tajadas, they charged me $14 for it and the amount of tajadas was even less than the regular amount. Also ordered 2 baleadas, 1 regular and 1 with everything that was supposed to be 9 between the 2 of them. They ended up charging me almost $30 without tip, the math doesn’t add up, they charged almost $6 in taxes which was only supposed to be $1 and some change, and the food was horrible, last time ordering from there, wasted my money. Increíble, no vuelvo a votar mi dinero en tan mal servicio.
