Food was delicious! They stop serving breakfast at 12:30pm. We didnt realize this when ordering but despite this, our server was kind enough to bring us some of their famous hot chocolate. It was so good! All the food was great but the chicken dish was so flavorful and succulent, it really stood out. Really great experience, would absolutely love to come again.

I just love to come to El Cardenal in Las Lomas either for lunch or breakfast. This is a great high quality Mexican food restaurant. I have tried so many options here and all of them are delicious. But of course the conchas con nata are a must. Fully recommended to have a great meal. The desserts are a must also.

We went here Friday October 31st. We were seated within 10 minutes. They immediately gave us hot chocolate and Pan de Muerte. Our order came out within 10 minutes. The food was amazing. The best thing we had was a pork filled tomale with mole sauce. I would 100% recommend this place and I can’t wait to go back on my next trip to Mexico City!

A great place, specially for breakfast (as late as a midday breakfast!). The quality of the food is superb in a very relaxed atmosphere. The service is first class with very attentive and cordial waiters. It is an experience to enjoy a great Mexican dish in a crowded but enjoyable place. Depending on the time of the day you may have to wait, but even with a long wait, the wait is worth it to experience such nice food! Well recommended even considering the heavy traffic in Mexico City!
