Best home taste I had in this visit to Fort Lauderdale area. The mojarra frita was just right, the server was super nice and kind, horchata drink was satisfying. Recommend to try the parrillada.

Great place for Authentic Mexican food with a Guatemalan flavor. Soup was delicious. If you can’t get the tripe soup right then it’s not authentic. This place got it right!!!

I was a religious customer at this place came back to vacation in Ft. Lauderdale from my seasonal job in Maine made my usual pick up order a steak burrito with guac they didn’t have guac anymore so I opted for avocado they told me it would be ready in 10 mins I arrive in 25 mins walk up to the counter and let the woman behind the counter know I called in for a steak burrito I stood there for 10 minutes before I sat down thinking they were working on other orders but the people ahead of me weren’t ordering food they were telephone salesmen so even more confused I wait about 20 more minutes for the steak burrito before it finally comes i pay tip thank the woman behind the counter get into my car and before i get into my third bite of my burrito el carbonero is calling me and asks if I picked up my food I let them know I have picked it up and I just paid I’m currently in the parking lot and I was eating said burrito the woman then proceeds to tell me that my chicken burrito with avocado is here and I need to pick it up I tell her I was just inside and I had to wait nearly a half hour for my pickup order and didn’t complain but I never ordered a chicken burrito anyways she keeps insisting I haven’t picked up my food so I tell her again I picked it up she then proceeds to get loud with me and tell me that I don’t know how to order food and to next time do it right and hangs up what trash customer service I’ve worked in kitchens for going on 6 years and that is not how you talk to a customer when you made a mistake in both the order and in making an extra burrito to take out your anger on a customer over your mistake is entirely unprofessional and shows lack of emotional intellect over what wouldn’t exceed 3 dollars in actual food cost also I’d suggest with the 4-5 customers you have on a consistent basis you don’t scare away a regular customer

Such a hidden “old school “ neighborhood restaurant, I felt like I was back in Mazatlan on the street enjoying amazing food, the fresh pupusas were delicious, soft and crisp and the steak quesadilla so flavorful.

This place is absolute AMAZING !!! From their tacos to their soup . I get their soup at least once a week and I am not a soup person, so that just tells you how good it is!! Their salsa verde is perfect, not too soft nor too hot, it has the perfect spice to it. Totally recommend this place !

I read all these great reviews so I thought I would order. They cancelled after the driver waited for 7 mins. NO explanation. Oh the reason there was no explanation is because I dont speak spanish and they dont speak abc’s. Really disappointed.

I had an okay experience. The lady did not have an electric filer so she filed my nails buy hand. She then told me that she was using another method to do my acyrlic nails without telling me the price. Which was more expensive. When I got home, my nails we’re beautiful but they broke so easy. I then started pulling them off with my teeth. They came off so unusally fast. So I had gotten a more expensive lousy job than what I came for.
