First time here and it won’t be the last. My favorite things are that they don’t put ketchup or mustard on the burger (not a fan of ketchup), and that the burgers are cooked med be default unless you ask for something else. Fun local restaurant in St Pete. Sadly, I heard how great these burgers were and wanted to love them. I don’t understand the hype, though. The burger was fine but lacked any good flavor and was tremendously greasy. I am not sure I will return.

Nostalgic place with dining area and bar. The grilled cheese is just like you would make at home. Fries are like the ones you get at the big chain with the golden arches. Chili dog is straight forward with tomato based chili that would be good stand alone too, just like if you made it at home. Cheeseburger is also just like I would make at home. No frills here. Just simple food made with fresh ingredients. Just like this place has done for decades.

I really do love this place. Great burgers along with a great atmosphere. This place is a MUST if you are in the area. The prices are better than most fast food joints and you get a real homemade burger that’s handcrafted right there, the oldschool way. I will stop by here everytime I am in the area.
