I’ve been a customer since they’ve opened. This is my go-to restaurant. The pupusas are amazing, tamales fritos are sweet and delicious, and not to mention their pollo con salsa de champiñones! I literally order this every single time! Desayuno salvadorian is my 9 year old’s favorite. I don’t need to beg her to finish her plate. I can eat in piece.

True authentic Salvadorian food. We stayed in Central Park, NYC, and tried several restaurants. Il Cantone was by far our favorite. Great price, great service, and phenomenal food. 10/10

Excellent. This is the best pupusa spot. Pollo encebollado con arroz y frijoles gets a 5 star. Best flavor. I’ve been to dozens of Salvadoran restaurants in Passaic, Hackensack, union City, Newark, East Orange, Paterson, Fairview, and this place is the truth!! Only room for about 24 to dine in. Highly recommended
