The food was excellent, I highly recommend the steak fajitas. I went with my daughter’s who loved the margaritas, it’s not a long wait and its close to home

We walked in and were sat at a table that was dripping wet. Unfortunately, the table wasn’t even clean, as food crumbs from the previous party were still visible. We sat for about 5 minutes before we caught the attention of a server who passed by and asked if we could have the table dried off. She said yes, went away, and never came back. Five minutes later, we asked another server for a towel and thankfully, he brought one. We dried the table ourselves and not one server apologized. Please do not seat guests at tables if they are not clean. It’s the first impression guests have of your restaurant and that whole experience was not ideal.

Came in for lunch on Sunday. The food was very tasteful and well seasoned. My expectations were exceeded. I noticed that they were short staffed this day. Our server, Ana, was also the bartender, the bus person, the chip & salsa deliverer and I also seen her seat a table in between. I seen that from all the staff there. I appreciate the hustle the personnel put in. Please be aware when you dine in that they may be short staffed but the food is worth the wait. This is my new hot spot for Mexican food.

The food is the most redeeming part about this place. The service is super slow. The poor gentleman at the front desk seemed clueless and had no help from anyone. Took 15+ minutes to get greeted after we were seated and another 10 to get even our drinks. If you’re willing to deal with below average service for great food, go for it.

Food is always great. Service is sometimes debateable. I know they have a lot going on but we were there 2 hours and were checked on twice. I would’ve spent more money and drank more than 2 beers if it had been different. But the food is always great!

In town visiting and the Family voted for Mexican. Chose El Cantarito based on the reviews, and was not disappointed. Weakest part of the visit was the beer selection… Underwhelming and uniform.

First waitress that came to our table started the whole night off with we don’t split checks in parties of 8 people or more any longer. ???? Excuse me? We quickly spoke with the manager and she wrote seperat bills. The second waitress was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Ended well. Food is good. Drinks were great!

Great Mexican restaurant. There aren’t a ton of options but everything is tasty. If you order any sort of extra sauce just be sure you ask if you are going to be charged. I ordered extra verde sauce for my enchiladas and I was charged $4 for maybe 2 tablespoons added on top. I questioned the charge and was told that’s what the manager told her to do.

Great drink and a great bartender. The Easter Rita’s drink made my day. I had a long long day at work testing out for a certification.
