I had my daughter’s volleyball tournament across the street from this place. It’s located inside the indoor swap meet. I just wanted a quick bite and I was not expecting to have quite simply the best fish taco ever! And being from San Diego, that’s saying a lot. The fish was incredibly fresh and has the absolute perfect crunchy fried coating. It was a really big portion of fish! This will be my last time to go to this spot. Every time we have a tournament in this area, I’m going to come here! Im goin g to dream about this fish taco.

Ordered a Taco Governador and Taco de Marlin to go. It came with some grilled chiles and cebollas in soy sauce, chips and salsa on the side. The portions were generous and the taste was ! I loved the smokiness of the chipotle on the marlin, and the shrimp was perfectly cooked for the governador. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. Sal the manager will take care of you. Very friendly staff, small and cozy.

I ordered a cooked tostada and was given raw shrimp. When asked if the shrimp was supposed to be grey the response was “yes, that’s how we cook it here; in water.” Shrimp cannot be served raw, you can give someone serious food poisoning.
