Food had very good presentation but very bad flavor. A lot of work and money has gone into the atmosphere. If you want to go somewhere with a genuine Mexican feeling, this is the place. However, if you’re looking for traditional Mexican food, don’t expect this to be the place.
It seems to be very focused on a specific Spanish niche. Not the typical and expected experience.
It’s also rather expensive. But you need to help them pay for the atmosphere, which may be well worth it for most of the target audience.
As I paid I saw a service fee of $2. This is an added tax, by the establishment, for using my credit card.
This is 2023 – most people use a CC. This practice is, in my experience, mainly a Hispanic practice which should not be practiced. It is a punishment for using their service.
I did talk to the owner to express my opinion and she was very kind and very receptive and extremely sweet. Her response turned a n over all 2 star experience into a 4 star experience.

I have high hopes for this restaurant. The food is very promising. The pricing is perfect for the quality and quantity of food you receive . The service was fantastic. The only issue I have is with a few of the tables. One was broken and sure gave me a scare and the other was too tight of a fit for anyone with legs . For this I’ll give it a 3 but this easy could be a 5 star place with a bit more work . The food took a bit too long to come out.

I was surprised with the presentation of the food, nice tableware, good portions we’ll served and decorated with beautiful details (way better than any other restaurant in the area). So walked in today searching for some great carnitas tacos , Don’t get them !! They were dry tasteless and hard , like if they were old and microwaved . My wife got the menudo and it was ok not the best , service was really good and the price is fair . The place is really nice and clean too bad the food needs some work. Well at least the carnitas and menudo . Need to try the tamales … Will post soon

I went for some tamales, they were really good, I also had some sopes, I was really pleased with the flavor of my sopes, they were delicious. I had take out, and the wait for my food was not long it all. The cashier was very nice, she even let me had a taste of their champurrado. I will be back. I recommend this place.

If I could give this restaurant a zero I would I went with my family last week and the food was cold after an hour of waiting for the food. The service was horrible the lady didn’t even know what she was doing. We had asked the lady for tortillas and it took her 20 min to get us tortillas. We also asked her for chips and it took her long. The food was good but it was cold. Over all I am not coming back and giving this restaurant my time. And it was expensive for cold food. They also have no place to change babies at.
