I absolutely love El Campesino! My boyfriend and I love their birria tacos. I also order their fajitas and soft chicken tacos. Their frozen strawberry margarita is also the best around! The staff is always great and the place itself is always so nice and clean. When it’s nice weather I always opt for their patio which is nice and big. I love bringing friends and family here and highly recommend to anyone!

This is a great Mexican-American restaurant. We ordered the grilled cazuelada and this was incredibly tasty, large amounts (it is for 2 people, but realistically 3 or 4 can eat comfortably off of it). The service was top notch and the atmosphere was good; to be clear, it resembles the experience at a Chilli’s, Denny’s etc. atmosphere wise but with a Mexican touch. I wouldn’t say the atmosphere is very authentic, but the food is significantly more authentic, and this is great enough for me.

I come here last minute after my brunch plans fell through and I’m very happy I did. This food is scrumptious. The prices are amazing. The chips add amazing. The salsa needed a little more heat and a little more flavor. I can’t believe how good this food is. The staff were really friendly especially compared to the restaurant we were originally supposed to eat at. I will be back.

This was my first visit here. Very impromptu and we were so glad we decided to eat here. We had a late lunch so it was not busy, only waited a minute to be seated and only another minute to be waited on! The food was delicious and we tried a small variety… Tacos, enchiladas, tamales, fried rice, refried beans and chips and salsa. No complaints at all!! Tasted great, cooked perfect, nice presentation. The photos attached include everything we ordered. I had lemonade which was delicious also! We did not order from the bar so I can’t comment on that service.
Our waitress was friendly and provided us with quick service. The restaurant was clean and organized.
Overall, a great meal with a nice atmosphere. We will definitely return and recommend stopping in for a meal!!

noo bro dont eat here… your dollar is worth more than flavorless ground beef when you’re expecting steak !! never like to leave negative reviews but the price is so not worth it. guac is just chunky tomato and onion- basically browning when served. it might be a comfort place for some people, but it really was a disappointment. man the old el paso tacos were not what i was expecting

Past experiences at this location have always been excellent. Apparently something recently has changed. The food was tasty, but the portion sizes have been greatly reduced. (See picture of taco as delivered) Tuesday dinner specials have been discontinued. On a positive note, service was very good, facility was clean.

To give you an idea of the summary of my experience: our food (2 people) came out in less than 5 minutes.
This food had to be microwaved. The enchiladas were chewy. The refried beans tasted like baby food. My partner ordered a steak fajitas and was not asked how she wanted it done. The fries were clearly store bought and frozen. Overall it tasted like one of those microwavable TV dinners. Even the salsa and chips were store bought.
And they only had 5 vegetarian options.
Server seemed like we were a nuisance being there. Bathroom only has one toilet. And there’s no acoustic paneling or dampening so you can hear everything in the entire restaurant besides the people at your table.
Do not recommend. You money would be better spent at Taco Bell or Chipotle for Latino food lol.

Today I went with my husband and a friend, around 8 PM. I love this place because the food was delicious. And the girl who served us was amazing, excellent customer service, everything was wonderful. The Skrewball margarita and the cheesy fried shrimp was really good. I sat at the bar so I didn’t get a full scope of the restaurant. The staff was nice as well.
