We had a huge order of Nachos, the two of us couldn’t finish them but they were delicious. Love sitting out back of Perfect Plains Brewery had a few cocktails there. Would definitely go back.

Literally the best chips & queso I’ve ever eaten in my 34 years on this planet. I didn’t think I could love anyone’s queso more than that from Tacos Mexicanos, and I was pleasantly surprised. I have since decided to break up with them (sorry babe but it’s you, not me). The chips were fresh and made in house. Like, cut from tortillas and fried and salted by hand. They were perfectly crispy and salty. The queso was 100/10. If I could choose how the reaper takes me, I’d opt to be drowned in a large vat of this stuff. It’s that good. So good that when the chips were gone, I proceeded to scoop the remaining dip with my finger. Dear reader, I was driving down 9th ave, on my way to the salon, licking gobs of molten cheese from my finger. I have no shame, I don’t care. Judge me if you will. But the finger scoops were even better because I could really taste the bits of pepper and what not that had accumulated at the bottom. No ragerts. And I sh*t you not, when I parked at my destination, I came SO close to licking the bowl. Like embarrassingly close. Moral of the story: buy the dang queso.
Haven’t tried their tacos, but now I’m eager to, if their entrees are anything like their dip.

This is the best location!! I sent in an order for takeout. It is located in the building behind Garden, off Jefferson. $71 for chips & guac, crunchwrap, street tacos, and steak bowl, incl tip and taxes. There is so much food — we will have at least 2 more meals. The truck is right next to an outdoor bar that I cannot wait to visit in person next girls night out.

I recently visited El Camino Taco, and I had the pleasure of being served by Gray. You can immediately tell that Gray is passionate about their work and truly loves cooking. Every dish that came out of the kitchen was not just delicious but also had a certain artistry to it, as though a lot of care had gone into its preparation. Gray’s enthusiasm for food is infectious, and it shows in the quality and presentation of the meals. Tucked back behind a row of breweries, in a fun shared backyard space sits a simple lil taco truck. Apparently this gem just got a bit of a menu face lift with a new chef. I can’t speak to the before but the after….go buy them!
I got the 3 taco plate (beef, carnitas, chicken tinga) and it was delicious! Each meat was seasoned and sanded differently, no cut meat corners here. Each one a hearty scoop of filling wrapped in a lightly toasted corn tortilla. What’s “lightly toasted” you ask? Get to El Camino and find out!
And spring for a dips trio! A hearty serving of some top tier deliciousness and crispy chips….

I just had an amazing experience at El Camino Tacos, all thanks to one of their incredible employees, Gray! From the moment I got to the truck, Gray’s friendly and welcoming attitude made all the difference. They took the time to explain the menu, made some great recommendations, and ensured my order was perfect. The food was, as always, fantastic, but it was Gray’s exceptional service and attention to detail that really stood out.
