We tried El Camino the other day and had a great experience overall. The service was excellent from start to finish. We grabbed a few drinks at the bar during happy hour while waiting for our table, and both the bartenders and the drinks were awesome.
Once we got seated, we tried a few more drinks along with a fajita plate and tacos. Everything tasted good. The tacos were excellent, though we felt the fajita plate didn’t fully justify the price.
Service throughout the night was excellent, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

Wonderful spot in Ft Lauderdale! Highly recommend to make a reservation as it’s always busy no matter what night it is. The alleyway with the bar is very unique and is fun to have cocktails with friends and family.
The service is great. Quick to take orders and deliver food. Atmosphere is vibrant and loud but has very nice energy.

We came here to enjoy their happy hour. Great appies for $3-$5 a piece. We got chips and salsa, quesadillas, and a bunch of tacos. The service was good without being intrusive. The wife and I don’t go downtown very often but we thought the restaurant atmosphere had a cool vibe. A great venue for a date night

Wonderful, lively atmosphere but the service, food and drinks were exceptional. Wait staff attentive, super friendly, efficient and fun. The food was well crafted, authentic, super fresh and had ‘home made’ taste, portions huge too. Margherita best we’ve ever had, made in-house w fresh pressed ingredients. The house made hot sauce is practically drinkable it’s so good!

This place has good food. We ordered a brisket quesadilla as well as brisket and enchiladas and both were amazing! Would 100% recommend. The service was great and the food came fast. The beans and rice were both seasoned well and you could tell they take pride in what they put on your table. 10/10… would recommend

This is the place for 4 – 7 happy hour in Fort Lauderdale. Especially if you like tacos and margaritas. Seriously. I recommend the chicken taco, although, all of the tacos were delicious. Seriously. If you are in the 20 something crowd, your hang out is in the alleyway bar. If you’re a geezer like me, sit in the restaurant. Oh, and the homemade hot sauce….. exceptional. Absolutely full of flavor and just the right amount of heat. Excellent restaurant. Economical happy hour.

Took my wife out for international women’s day and Corey the bartender was so great and attentive always checking if we were good with drinks also food was great!!! Corey is a great asset to El Camino ….! We will be back Corey !!!!!!

Food was outstanding! Fresh! It was a busy night (Tuesday) little cold out. They had heaters. Inside was full. Outside was busy but we were sat quickly! We ordered everything at once since we seen how busy it was. Drinks amazing! Corn appetizer! Two taco platters and a desert! Our server got both our drinks out. App out first then entrees and desert! Amazing! We will be back! Great atmosphere too!

El Camino has been one of our favorite restaurants in Florida since 2019, when we first moved to the United States. The first time we tried it, my son and I completely fell in love with the food—and ever since then, we’ve been coming back regularly.
Now we visit at least once a month because everything is always delicious. The flavors are authentic, the food is consistently fresh, and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that never disappoints.
