To us, this means the way things are done, or better yet, the way they should be done. Doing things right is the way to another place, a sacred place. That’s why Ryan mills flour by hand and Megan makes pastries and viennoiserie the way they do in Europe and we change our ingredients based on the seasons. Artisan products for people that like flavor and crumb and texture.

The pastries were delicious. I’m not sure the exact names of the pastries but I got a cinnamon roll, a sweet potato pastry and a blueberry pastry, plus a latte. I think the blueberry pastry was my favorite, but there were all so good. The staff is very friendly and nice. If you plan on eating in, have a backup plan. The sitting area is very small and there was already a group sitting there when we got there.

Huge selection of phenomenal baked goods starting with the many varieties of croissants, and coffee/teas. Had a chocolate pistachio cookie yesterday that might have been the best baked dessert I’ve ever experienced. Great art too!

Delicious and beautiful addition to the neighborhood. Top tier pastry-craft. The croissants are authentic, a balance of crisp, light and flavorful that can be hard to find. The summer vegetable quiche was almost unreasonably fantastic.
