I was surprised to find such great Peruvian food out here in Roosevelt but I was thoroughly impressed! Very authentic, big portions and at an extremely reasonable price. I got the Lomo Saltado with the fried rice. Comes with fries and a couple great sauces. The food alone was amazing but the sauces really brought it together. They had great reviews and now I see why. Will definitely be coming back if I find myself out here again.

Wonderful food, wonderfully priced, and wonderfully made! The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond. The food was so delicious, from the ceviche, to the tallarin, to the milanesa, to the chicharron! Everything was delicious and made fresh! I live in salt lake, but wish I lived here just so I can continue to come to this food truck. Next time I’m in town I will be coming back!

I love their food—it has so much flavor. The service is great! My family loves the Lomo Saltado and Pollo a la Brasa dishes, but those are the only two we’ve tasted so far. We’ve ordered takeout or eaten in the dining area multiple times, and they never disappoint us!

Great food! I had the pollo bro aster and I don’t remember what my wife got, but they were both amazing. They have ‘Inca Cola’ and we tried the maracuya (passion fruit) drink. Both excellent options. Only setback was trying to hear with all the big trucks driving past while ordering.

Stopped here for a meal. I was pleasantly surprised to find Peruvian food in a small town. I had Pollo a la braza and Lomo Saltado. Both were great.

What a treasure this town has! Real Peruvian food that’s top notch. If you have never had Peruvian food give something new a try and you will feel rewarded for being adventurous.

Only one day they served me my special ceviche as appropriate and a good Peruvian flavor, lately their food has been very low quality ceviche without lettuce without flavor and their fried chicharrones with used oil

Wow. Amazing! So glad that we stopped here. We thought the 5-star-rating was suspicious, but we’re here to confirm: this is almost certainly the best food for hundreds of miles! They are a credit to Peru! Next time we drive through the area, we’ll definitely stop here! We had the lomo saltado and the shrimp with rice; incredible!

Found this absolute gem of a food truck that seems stationary and has a little pavillion beside it to eat in. I’ve never had Peruvian food and wasn’t sure what to expect. I had chicken rice and fries. The chicken was broiled over coals and almost had a smoked consistency and flavor. The rice which by the way was enough for three meals was tangy and spicy the fries seemed unsalted. The flavor was new but sooo good. I started dipping the fries into the pink sauce and the heat began to build so I dont think that’s what is was for. I’m pretty sure this is the best food for miles and the staff was very kind. My daughter had Beef and rice and again the portion was huge and unfamiliar but she says it was very delicious.
