The braised pork belly was completely lean, likely due to being in the slow cooker for too long. The hot sauce was served both on the side and on top of the tacos, which felt excessive. As someone who struggles with spicy food, this was a bit of a turnoff. The fries were decent but only warm, not hot. On the plus side, it was nice to sample some tequila.

I was surprised how good it was. You can order to go by one call. I did not expect this taco truck to be good. I always pass by and today I decided to give them a chance to see how they were. I can only that the taco Califas was pretty good. It has melted cheese in between the 2 tortillas and your choice of meet. I got Asada with a little chicharon sauce on top. Delicious!

Fast, delicious, and well priced, I have been coming here for over a year and will continue to do so. I’d recommend trying the “El Califas” tacos, basically a taco with cheese between the tortillas. These tacos are sizable in portion and delicious. The burritos are massive and I also highly recommend it.

Amazing food. You cannot miss this if you love Mexican food. Authentic flavor, real salsa, fresh cilantro and onions. and the team is super nice. Makes me feel like I am back in Mexico at my favorite taqueria. I come here once a week for lunch and it always hits the spot. I love the californiana style quesadillas – such a bang for the buck. The Califas taco is like a mini “sincronizada” and it is such a tasty take on how to serve up a taco. CANNOT MISS: the barbacoa. Only place I have found in the Bay that serves up homestyle barbacoa like this – not fatty and full of flavor. Lots of parking here at the gas station where the food truck is, and good prices for the size of the tacos.

The super chicken burrito was not good at all. I was only able to eat half before I had to throw it away. Perhaps I should have tried the tacos instead and maybe that’s what this place is known for, but not even sure I’d go back.

This is the best Mexican in the area!! not only is the food priced well and delicious, but the staff members are so kind. so good with the kids and switched a dish with no problems. the carne asada was so delicious! definitely recommend!

Definitely get the chicharrón taco and the Californiana quesadilla, so good! Love that it comes with some jicama on the side. They produce their own horchata in their own bottle!
