During our stay in La Paz, my colleagues and I got a reservation for a day at El Caimancito Beach, which included a day of beach access, menu and drink access. The beach was beautiful and we had a wonderful time!
It was quite packed, even during the weekday we visited. We were able to grab a table big enough for 10 and a couple of kids. The staff were all super helpful and attentive, despite it being so busy! They helped us get settled at the table and gave each of us clean, freshly laundered complimentary beach towels.
We ordered a bunch of different drinks and dishes. The food and drink was about a 20-30 minute wait, as it was a really busy day. All of the beverages were refreshing, including the Peach Mocktails, Piña Coladas and Mimosas.
The Ceviche was absolutely delicious and was definitely a highlight. The avocados used were perfectly ripe and bright, and the fish was so delicate. The Burger and Fries, as well as the tacos were also delicious and fresh.
The beach itself is beautiful and large. The water is gentle, clear and clean. Perfect for wading and swimming! Some of the benches, chairs and lounge areas were reserved, so best to check where you’re allowed to sit. We had a lovely time at this beach; it gave a great taste of México!

We ate here for several lunches and dinners. The food was fantastic, and the staff was so attentive and nice! The fried rice hashbrowns with shrimp, along with the shrimp tacos, were a favorite for lunch. For dinner there were no misses, but the fish and shrimp entrees were truly superb. The server for dinner, Luis, was so nice and made the evening feel special. I can’t wait to come back!

We came for the sunset and it was spectacular! Drinks were good too. Unfortunately I’m allergic to sea food and there was virtually nothing on the menu for me to eat so after cocktails and sunset we went to another restaurant for dinner.

Amazing sunset, service and pool ! We arrived late and everything was ready. This place is maybe the best we visited in Mexico, surely the best in Baja California. We recommend Pina coladas near the pool for the sunset

Phenomenal experience! Every dish was beautifully presented and so very, very tasty. My personal favorites were the pita bread appetizer and the chicken piccata main. For drinks, they custom made our margarita to our specs, recommended some great mezcal, and let us taste a couple reds before deciding.
The views from their waterfront location are spectacular … especially at sunset. What a special, wonderfully-romantic location. Definitely go!

We had a unique, wonderful time at this restaurant. The view is stunning and the outdoor setting is beautiful. Our waiter Juan was very good – attentive, helpful, and nice. It was difficult to figure out how to get to the restaurant after you enter gates of you aren’t a hotel guest. They need some signs. The food ranges from excellent to ok. The happy hour drinks were great as was the ceviche dish and salad.

Go here for the atmosphere and kind staff. Sunset was wild beautiful and the beach is crystal clear. Food was good nothing bad but not mind blowing either. The Infiniti pool was amazing. We got a day pass on the website worth it for sure.

As long as you make a restaurant reservation you have beach access-just bring a towel! Right on the beach, great service, good drinks and decent food. We got there in the mid afternoon and were able to take the cabana of someone who left early (they were fully booked). Definitely nap inducing. Right next to a public beach with beautiful shallow water. Definitely will be back.
