This is the most authentic Mexican food I have had since I lived in New Mexico. The food is made to order. Handmade corn tortillas, spicy salsa, a great variation of tacos, gorditas, chile relleno and other Mexican foods. I even ordered some delicious tortillas to take home. The service was excellent. If you do not eat here you will be missing out.

This is a quiet little, unassuming truck (and tent) with some killer tacos. I tried barbacoa, chorizo, pastor, pescado, and pollo… and that’s just a small sampling of the different meat options. I think the pastor was my favorite, though the rest were nearly as delicious. They provide the usual fixings: lime, cilantro, and onions, plus cucumber and red daikon slices, mole sauce and habanero sauce if requested. I’ll definitely be stopping by next time I pass through!
