I decided to try this restaurant a try after driving by a sister location multiple times. All staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My waitress Nicholl gave me recommendations where I went with the classic burrito which leaves me to say that El Burro Loco has some of the best burritos I have ever tried and I will definitely be coming back to for more. I would also recommend the hotdogs and the loco fries. Every time I have ate here my food was prepared and arrived quickly. Upper management and the rest of the staff were very kind and continuously checked up to make sure everything was good. In addition the restaurant is very relaxed and very clean, including the bathrooms. I look forward to coming back again.

Unfortunately, a bit disappointed with this Mexican restaurant. I ate ordered about 3-4 different times to try different things.
Pros:
– Spacious seating/new restaurant
– Open late
– A beautiful friendly Colombian waiter
Cons:
– Wait time for food sometimes
– Skimpy meat (The burritos stuffed with fries more than meat. The tortillas are big compared to the amount of meat given. We did order carne asada street tacos with extra meat to see the difference. You can reference the pictures. The Birria quesadilla wasn’t skimpy but the Birria broth had a cinnamon aftertaste. Neither of us liked the Birria Ramen or Birria quesadilla because of the faint cinnamon taste it had. First time I’ve had Birria taste that way, maybe a one off scenario.)
Recommendations:
– Option to add/remove toppings from dishes because you order through a device to the right of the entrance.
– A sign above the order station
– Better To Go/Pick Up system (They should send a text when the food is ready, easiest solution. The food is placed at the end of the counter but sometimes they ask you to sit by the entrance so it’s hard to hear your name being called if called.)

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from here. The first time, I got the elote bowl. Was disappointed that there was no pico de gallo, and it was heavy on the sauce. Today, my husband got me the birria ramen and esquite. The esquite is not worth what they charged. It was all sauce. I took 2 bites and had to throw it away. The soup was mediocre at best. The cheese was unnecessary for this soup. It was flavorless and not appetizing to eat. I’ve had birria ramen in other locations, and this was by far the worst I’ve had. Super disappointed!

First time trying this restaurant. I ordered a classic burro loco to be delivered to me with GrubHub. The price for the burrito was almost $20 (19.50). The burrito had good flavor but was mostly filled with rice, fries, and everything and then a little bit of meat. I don’t know if it was because I ordered at night around 9 pm but it still wasn’t worth the price. The portion of the whole burrito is big enough to share, which is what I did with my wife. Overall it was okay. I might give them another shot if I go in person. It’s nice to have different Mexican food in the area. Maybe you’ll like it better than I did.

The location looked really nice and clean, I ordered from a self checkout device, the menu had a lot of options so it was hard to decide.
While I waited for my food I met Nicole who was super nice and friendly, the place has been open about a week now and they have a lot more coming soon.
Nicole did share that if there was anything from their Instagram menu from the other Burro Loco that we would like to try they could make it for us, which made me the more excited because there is some good looking food there.
The food was ready pretty quick and it was sooooo gooooood!!! I got the cheese shell tacos in carnitas and chorizo, the birria empanada, and tinga (shredded chicken) empanada. It was so much food, I shared with my family and they loved it. The birria empanada and the cheese shell taco were my favorite.
I will definitely be visiting again to dine in with my family, can’t wait to try more!

Friggin yum! My picky hubby said best mex food he has ever had. I am grubbing in heaven right now writing this. Food is so good and worth it. The atmosphere is fun and they are open til 12? Bruh!!! Excellent #latenighteat added to the bvl area. Will definitely be back. And handicap accessible without a question, very comfy.

Great addition to the Kissimmee area! I live close by and frequent the plaza where this great little spot is located! I went in to order to go and the staff helped me right away! Very friendly and even offered me water and chips and salsa while I waited! Food was amazing! I highly recommend!

Just found out about this location last week and I was so happy to see that it’s closer to home, larger space and great parking but more importantly the food quality is so consistent and delicious! I am saddened to see that only patrons that have negative things to say take the time to write reviews and i hope that the majority which I KNOW LOVE THIS PLACE take the time to review it. The flagship on Idrive is also top tier. Wishing this family owned business much success.
