There is a really great atmosphere here! The servers were working hard and very attentive. The service all together was quick and efficient, minus the end where they took a very long time to bring the check. The food was pretty delicious overall. Their salsa is really unique and had a toasted flavoring to it. Guacamole was so fresh and so good!! The rice and beans could use some work. Neither were very flavorful.

Great atmosphere and staff! With also great tasting food and drinks! Our waitress was so amazing, we had some confusion about the menu but she helped us out and impressed us on her great memory. She wrote nothing down yet had every order correct. The food tasted great and authentic to the Mexican culture. One wish though is having an option between flour and corn tortillas. They by default give you flour. Amazing place though!

Everything about our lunch date at El Burro Loco was perfect. We walked in for an early lunch right as they opened on a Tuesday morning, we were the first ones in the door. We were seated immediately and enjoyed the first fresh chips and salsa of the day.

I’ve visited this restaurant quite a few times and I’ve never been disappointed. This is a great spot for family, a first date, lunch break or when you want to enjoy alone time. The patrons are friendly, I sit at the bar most of the time. Lol.

HANDS DOWN the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to….ones in Mexico included. Up to this point, I haven’t been able to find something comparable to the Mexican food I enjoyed in Mexico, but El Burro Loco surpassed any expectation I had. We ended up here by accident as a lunch destination on a road trip to Texas and boy we were impressed. The birria quesadilla was heavenly. Definitely will be coming back when we stop back through St. Louis!

Delicious Authentic Mexican dining….great environment….the decor is legit Mexico and the music is on point…the bar is FULL of Tequillas and the service is prompt and friendly…Definitely recommend here for a great hispanic dining experience
