Loved this little restaurant! Feels just like home! I ordered Juevos Rancheros and my daughter ordered the Chorizo and Egg Burrito! Both were delicious! Everything is homemade! You can feel and tell that they put their heart ❤️ and soul into the food! It’s prepared with love!

This is a little Mom and Pop place,a hidden gem you might say. We had amazing authentic Mexican food here. This place has only been open for 6 months. It’s in Holt on Cedar St. I had the chimichanga,it was so amazing ,tons of meat full of flavor juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The dining room is small but not many people stay to eat. The homemade chips were the best I’ve ever had. They have homemade desserts too. You should check this place out.

Just tried this out today and we got amazing service, friendly staff, and very and I mean very delicious food. We will be back to try the breakfast, love this place. Glad to have something like this in Holt, not many places in Holt like this. Recommending this to everybody.

I like this neighborhood diner! Breakfast burrito was good, and the coffee endless. Super nice service, and I like how when pedestrians walk by , they smile and wave at the staff as they pass by. Obviously a neighborhood gem, with great community engagement. Just like a neighborhood diner should be.

The food was fabulous. The staff was amazing. Unfortunately it was broiling hot in there that’s the only bad thing I can say. We will be going back for sure!!

I love this place!! amazing food, amazing service, amazing people 🙂 about a 20 minute wait, which is expected since they make everything fresh. will definitely be eating here regularly. I would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a small family owned restaurant with good food. (also try the tres leche cake. . absolutely delicious)

I got take out for lunch and it was so good! I got carne asada taco plate and an order of chips and salsa. The hot salsa is the perfect amount of spice and the chips are so good! The steak tacos were also very good. The steak was tender and there was a decent amount of meat. I asked for cheese and I got shredded Mexican blend, If they could put queso fresco on instead that would be the only thing I would change. I will definitely be back!

Expected much more after seeing all the 5-star reviews. Food was bland. Service? Told to take a menu and come back to counter to order. Nachos and fajitas arrived with no amenities….no sour cream or guac, no salsa. Sign posted on counter says $2 for 4oz salsa due to “high cost of onions and tomatoes.” Fajita steak was as tough as shoe leather. The place was very clean, though, and the staff were friendly.
