I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was extremely poor. When I questioned my bill because I was charged $41 for an ACP and a chimichanga burrito, the manager became argumentative instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally. She told me she busy handling current customers.
To make matters worse, the employee who handled the order suddenly acted as if she couldn’t understand English when I asked for clarification about the charges. Rather than helping the situation, it felt dismissive and frustrating.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way a business handles them says everything. Unfortunately, there was no accountability or effort to fix the problem. I would not recommend this place based on the customer service and billing experience.

Me and my wife when there for the first time, the restaurant looks nice and clean, the food on the other hand not so much, I order the breakfast burrito and from the first bite I new something was wrong, the taste was not so good, the bacon wasn’t fully cooked and the fries with any flavor at all, the waitress was very unattended and had to ask for straws, napkins and everything else. Unfortunately I will never go there again…. good luck with the place.

The servers and manager is very rude we asked for the drink special (marg) and they charged us for regular margaritas (10$ each) we never looked at the drink menu we literally pointed at the menu on the table and were charged for regular drinks they want to argue with you instead of correcting the issue. Second time ordering food from here. Food is good, but stay clear of ordering from their online site. I literally just received my food 40 min after it was ready. I’m waiting for the driver like what’s going on? I called and asked and they said they do not do delivery and the site should ask how I want it delivered. I said it DOES NOT. She says well this is the first time I’m hearing of this. Now I’m mad. Then I said I’m on the way to pick up. Lady on the phone says your driver is here to get it. I’m confused. Okay I’ll let her deliver it. So I get the food and not only is it MAD COLD, but the receipt says “Delivery by AI”!
So again! It did NOT give me an option to choose DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.
Now I don’t even want this food anymore.

Let me start off saying that my husband and I love Mexican food and can be a bit critical about what we eat.
They had a closer location right off Skibo that was close for us. They had outdoor seating, and we LOVED that! For some reason, they have closed and is now called La Pearla.
We went to the old location about 3 months ago. We were craving that delicious Mexican food that we love so much. We noticed when the nice lady server came to take our drink order that they were not El Burrito anymore . We decided to stay and try the new place since we were already there. That was a mistake! The food is WAY different and unseasoned. Now the sweet tea was good and the chips and queso were good but we didn’t go there for a snack we wanted some good food. We did not find that here.
I did some searching for another El Burrito location and found this one. Boy, AM I HAPPY I DID!!! This was the food we were looking for! EVERY TIME we come here, I tell ya, it gets BETTER AND BETTER! The service is outstanding! The sweet tea is like I made it at home! The food…almost makes me cry! My stomach dances with the deliciousness they serve to me on the plate!!! I just wish the place was bigger! This location is small, far to drive (for us), and it’s in a strip mall. But, I WILL DRIVE for this food!!!
Try it. You won’t be disappointed! The Pollo a la Crema is delicious and my husband loves the beef tacos and beef burritos

This place has fallen off. Was the best spot at one time. Remember a dude named Jorge was here, ran perfect. I don’t know. Keep giving it a try, keeps failing for me, especially when the menu says come with avocado, then they tell me I have to pay for it but it’s on the menu. I don’t know it’s not the same at all to me.

Excellent Staff all around, with your traditional “Restaurant Style Mexican Food” … as Mexicans eat quite differently at home, but this is again, your typical Mexican Style Restaurant Food.
Loved the Service! It felt as if everyone worked together seamlessly to cater to our needs, exactly what everyone wants, & more businesses should do. The only complaint is that I asked for very little ice in my drink & got a glass full of ice, with no refills, & also asked for a touch of onions on my food instead of the normal amount in their platter & got the full normal amount, if not more… Ojo con los pedidos, por favor!
Pues ahora me duele la pansita, y nó por comer mucho; pues me traje más de la mitad para la casa … My Brother liked it just as much, if not more. We’ll be back with Friends soon!
Over all, excellent food service, average taste, it needs more spices, after all Mexican Food is well known for it’s “hotness & spiciness”! Gracias a todo el “Staff” todos son muy lindos… Gracias a todos!

Food was awesome! Service was great! Margaritas were good as well. Usually Mexican restaurants do not get above mediocre in all areas. Usually the food is good and service is bad or margaritas are awesome but food and service are average. This restaurant manages to encompass an above average rating in all three. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I had family in from out of town and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves as well.
We will be returning soon. The prices are not that bad either. They appear to be a authentic Mexican restaurant although I do not profess to be an expert! The margarita comes in three sizes. The Fajitas were awesome as well as the burritos. That was all I personally tried but my family had a plethora of items and they all looked appealing. You should definitely visit this restaurant. Much better than MiCasita in my opinion!

This is our go-to neighborhood Mexican restaurant (everyone around here seems to love the MC place) and our kids always ask for El Burrito! Salsa is delicious, chips fantastic and every dish we’ve had has been fantastic with quick and friendly service.
