Great menu! Service was friendly, patient and helpful while trying to decide what we wanted. We ordered a vegetarian chimichanga dinner and a horchata. The chimichanga was tasty but too much red sauce on top took the crunch away and made it too moist for my taste. The rice and beans that came with the meal were okay nothing special and lacked flavor. The horchata was okay not homemade for sure as there was more water than spice. Overall, it was fast food in Mexican restaurants. We would go back but I’d order the chimichanga without sauce.

Do you guys even cook the tortillas? Ordered 4 steak tacos and the tortillas felt like they are straight out of the packet. $4 for street taco is crazy considering these are NOT top tier. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

This El Burrito Loco has been a favorite, warm fuzzy of mine since the late 90s/early 2000s! Grew up going here for treats!

Their bowls are great!! Huge, lots of options! Wasn’t a huge fan of the steak. Was expecting better quality, marinated, yummy steak but it was more like pieces/ground/shredded and just bland. Everything else in the bowl was great! Chips and salsa on point! Will be back to try a different meat!

The portions are huge and overall the food was delicious except for the meat. I got the carnitas tacos and they were the dryest carnitas I have ever had. I like my meat on the dryer side, and it was actually too dry for me! I could tell by the taste that the pork was not the best quality either. I would try this place again if I feel like trying a vegetarian option. Otherwise, I’ll try somewhere else next time.

We ordered for the first time, and our food was great. My burrito was bigger than my head and I could only eat a 1/4 of it was so big. My sister enjoyed her Barbacoa taco meal, and Guacamole with chips. Everything was fresh and we received our order fast.

Hometown favorite of mine. Always great food, great service, great price to food ratio. Feels like home. I recommend this place for everyone! Family friendly. Even my dog gets excited when he smells the rice.
