Our dinner was average. I had the fish tacos. Which were very dry and cut into small pieces with no sauce.
I would not order again.
My husband had the enchiladas. He said they were very tasty. We ordered margaritas, which were ok. When we checked our bill, we were charged $17 a piece for them. Our waiter was absent for most of our meal and we had to get his attention for the bill.
The chips and salsa were ok, we added some hot sauce to spice up.

We loved this little place… The plates of food seem expensive at first but when you get your meal it is large. (Ours where anyway).. my kids loved the colors and learning some Spanish words on the wall.

I’m not sure if it’s cause I’m used to better Mexican food from the south or what but this places food was just flat awful. The salsa was watery and not spicy, the queso tasted like tostitos blanco dip but also watery, the chips were not hot, and the beef in my food looked like and tasted like wet dog food. If you’re used to good Mexican food in the slightest, dont waste your time or money here. They truly lived up to the stereotype of Midwestern food having 0 flavor.

We arrived here at the top of 4 after making reservations. From out of town and was interested in trying this place out. We have a very nice size party of 13. At 6:00 we were still waiting on our food, after an hour of waiting for our order to be taken. At this point after watching several parties come and go; part of our party paid for their drinks and left. If you have a large party, do not waste your time at this place because they do not handle large parties well.

Excellent & authentic! We are from Arizona where we have some of the most authentic Mexican food outside of Mexico but this place in Big Rapids surprised us. Very good food and very authentic, not the Tex-Mex you typically find in the Midwest. We’ve liked everything we tried. Highly recommend their Chile Verde and their Chicken Rice soup. Yum

All I can say is, wow! The Ranchero Burrito was incredible, loaded with beef, chicken and chorizo. And, they don’t skimp when it comes to the margaritas!
What a fun little restaurant. My only complaint is that I’ve never stopped there before. The staff were friendly and the southwestern decor was fun as well.

If I could give zero stars I would 10x over! Spent over $150 ordering takeout for 4 adults and this is what they charged me $22 for not to mention it tastes like Luke warm cat food. Wouldn’t call this Mexican food to save my life! Please save your money and DONT fund this disgrace of a food joint.
