I went there to buy 4 churros. The digital menu said “$2.99” each. When I was rung, the total was $31! The worker rung it up on the register, and quickly left me to tap and pay. I didn’t pay and waited for her to come back.
I pointed out that at $2.99 for 4 churros would come out to $12. She looked at the paper menu. The paper menu said they were $3.50. Now, there’s a price difference between which menu you’re looking at? Still $3.50 by 4 is now $14.
Again, I pointed this out. She said the rest is tax! That’s $17 in tax.
Watch out for this place. They steal your money if let them do the math

Great quality food, firendly service and their hours come in clutch when I want a taco at late times of the day low key. But I do have a couple of gripes. Their food is relatively expensive but their portions are good, i have never left this place on a empty stomach. That being said they removed the complimentary chips when you dine in, that made me big sad because they’re chips with salsa was basically a side of its own so Id always just dine in. Definitely a must try.

Do not order from this place!
I ordered a family meal online for my family Christmas party. I arrived at the restaurant at 4:50 PM for a 5:00 PM pickup time. When I asked questions to confirm the order details, specifically about the number of people the meal would feed and if I had everything, the staff assured me the order was complete.
Despite asking several times, I drove all the way home to New Lenox, only to discover they had forgotten the sides, including the extra rice I had ordered.
When I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, the situation escalated poorly. The staff and later the owner repeatedly called me a liar, refused to credit my order, and hung up on me multiple times. I tried to explain the importance of the family event, but they remained dismissive and unprofessional. The complete lack of accountability and terrible customer service ruined part of our family gathering. I would strongly advise against ordering from here.

Great food. Lots of meat in the burritos and Tacos. I love the el pastor tacos. Cheese quesadilla are great too. Crispy chips and Pico. I like that the Pico they make fresh and u can pick if I don’t want jalapeños in it. Best place for Mexican food.

The steak was so tough couldn’t chew it. Paid almost 65.00 for burrito and 8 chicken tacos. Never been so disappointed in a restaurant in Lockport before. No one would eat it!!! Lived here my whole life and never have come across this poor quality of food. There was no meat on the tacos and the tostada. Ordered steak was mostly hamburger. Do better please.

I used to love this place. Their prices online and in shop are significantly lower than what you pay in store. 17 dollars for a CHEESE quesadilla is absolutely outrageous. I get prices getting higher- but when you display 13.99 for a cheese quesadilla and then charge 19.99 when you walk in- is a significant difference. Disappointed is not even the right word. Will not be going back, which is very unfortunate.

Food was decent but nothing special. The biggest issue is prices were higher than the already way overpriced ones on their menu. Not only is it kind of deceitful to charge more than your menu states (at least put a notice that prices had to be raised for inflation or something), but that priced this place way above similar competitors

I’ve been coming to this place for years; but was extremely let down with my recent experience. This place used to be best in town with the best prices, but after a carry out request of 7 steak tacos (c&o only) a small order of chips and salsa, and 1 bottled coke- the total came to $46!!!! Sure they gave a decent amount of meat, but most of it was grizzled fat that couldn’t be chewed through. Staff has always been friendly, but we will never pay that much for a simple order again.
