Is stopped here after leaving Pinnacles NP because it was the best rated restaurant in Soledad. 100% happy- I just ate the best asada fries of my life! The owner is great, very friendly, and the location next to a park is great if you want to just walk over and eat on a picnic table. Recommend highly

We stopped here on a road trip and were so glad we did! The birria burritos were seriously delicious, juicy, flavorful, and perfectly made. The people running the truck were super friendly, too. The photo doesn’t do it justice; the food tastes even better than it looks!

Saw this place while passing through on a road trip and it was absolutely worth the stop. The quesobirria tacos were made authentically with actual goat which I find is rare. The flavors of the meat for the al pastor and carne asada tacos were perfect. The al pastor dog was a surprisingly good combination. I also got a cup of elote which definitely hit the spot. If I’m ever passing through again I will for sure stop again

This place is the definition of sometimes good things come in small packages. Set up next to a park in a little kitchen Enclave attached to a pickup truck, this place made some really good food. Stopped here when at on 101 south and looking for a local spot to try near not to far from the highway after refueling. Menu was more robust then anticipated, having a good selection of traditional Mexican dishes and different varieties of hot dogs dishes. We got the asada quesadilla and birria tacos. The meat for both was seasoned and not tough or grizzled. The tortillas not overly heavy and paired perfectly with their salsa that had nice lime flavor to it. Birria tacos were excellent and sauce subtle but rich. No dedicated parking due to the nature of the park. Prices were reasonable but be aware will take a second foe the food because they are making it super fresh there. Overall a good spot to grab a bite to eat if on the area.

We visited for the first time, and wow—everything was amazing! My daughter got the bacon-wrapped hot dog with fries, and she absolutely loved it. My husband ordered the Quesabirria meal, and he couldn’t stop raving about how tasty and flavorful it was. I decided to try the pambazo, and I’ll be honest. I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it. But from the very first bite, I was hooked! The bread was perfectly toasted, and the amount of queso fresco was just right. Every bite was delicious!
And I have to mention the homemade lemonade, so refreshing! The balance was perfect, not overly sweet like so many places tend to make it. It was insanely good and the perfect drink to go with our meal.
We are definitely coming back. The food, flavors, and quality were all top-notch. Highly recommend!

These quesabirrias are seriously the besttt!! The sides are so good and fresh!! They even gave me a free drink, which was awesome. Plus, they’re super nice to new customers from what I experienced, and they still took my order even though they were basically closed! You should totally check them out if you’re looking for a place with good food and good vibes! (I ate all the food in a second so I forgot to flick a pic)

We were traveling and wanted to stop in the nearest town to get food. I Googled places to eat in Soledad and found this food truck and was very happy we choose to eat here. The food was delicious! We ordered a chicken burrito grande and tried 1 each of the street tacos, beef, chicken, 2 different pork ones. The people were super nice!

Great food truck with a variety of food selections. Conveniently located near a park. Food was amazing and delicious. We got beef tongue and tripes tacos, dipping tacos, quesadilla. I definitely would recommend and come back for it.
