A Friend Suggestion Led Me Here to El Bronco, A Quaint little Eatery with Years Under its Belt, Salsa and Chips as an appetizer was Very Good, wide variety of menu items, My go to was the Menudo! Wife had the Carne Asada Tacos! Pleasantly Suprised with over all meal. Will I return for more? You Betcha!

I always go to the food truck it’s alot easier for me because the truck is available for me to order cause it’s open later than the actual restaurant. I have never been disappointed by anything I have ever ordered cause everything is very good and flavorful. Never be in a hurry if you want quality food from El Bronco the owner and the chef take time to make sure your food is seasoned and presented with excellence always.

A friend of ours told us to give it a try, he said they had some of the best street tacos. My wife said they were yum yum delicious, my shredded beef burrito was definitely a great-tasting work of art. It could have been just a bit bigger, but when you taste that good you can get away with it!

Great “Mexican” food restaurant. They have pictures of the plates on the wall to help with making a decision to eat. This was my first trip here and would definitely come back. The food is good and fresh. The salsa is Mexican style but really good. Fresh made chips as well. This place is on the west side of Old Coors and easily seen from the road.

It used to be an amazing hole in the wall place to eat good Mexican food but now it is mediocre at best. Not to mention they charge a 15% ” service charge” aka a tip if you have more then just 5 people. Most places do this if you have more then 8. Not to mention the sign stating this is hidden behind a fridge no where in sight on the menu or anywhere else. We will never be returning.

This place seems very clean and friendly staff. One waitress for the whole place and she was wonderful. They only gave one type of salsa and it was to my liking. It was not super spicy but just enough for flavor. I ordered a carne asada torta and it was good. My husband had chile rellenos and they did not taste good. They seemed old. My kids had fried fish and it was over cooked, like burnt over cooked. The rice tasted funny it was old. My mom and niece and nephew had barbacoa tacos and they did not like the taste of it. My dad had mendoza and it was probably the best thing on the menu.

Ordered the Caldo de Res. Perfectly prepared. Plenty of vegetables and a big chunk of beef. Very flavorsome. Only complaint is the packaging of to go orders. They use a drink cup for their Caldo, which broke and spilled inside the bag.
