Wow – extraordinary grilled meats!! My wife had the nicely seasoned, tender and flavorful beef fajitas and I had the culinary find of the week – cabrito al pastor: shredded goat meat served on a sizzling platter. Great flavor, loved the grilled veggies/rice/refried beans and super tasty flour tortillas.
This place doesn’t look all that special from the outside, but as they say: looks can be deceiving!!
The service was attentive, friendly and thoughtful.
Highly recommended!!

Excellent food at a small “hole in the wall” restaurant. The menu is extensive and varied! My wife had a Taco Salad and I had the Cabrito Al Pastor. Both were delicious! Very flavorful and tasty! The young lady server did a very nice job too! The food and service makes up for the atmosphere.
Second time here the food was equally delicious! Service was not quite as good as the first time.

They have a carne guisada that reminds me of home. They put potatoes in it, so it’s a little different lol, but it is still awesome.
Is a great place, I like to go there when coming into town

Small place, don’t expect over the top service. Our server was carrying on a conversation on speaker the whole time she was serving us lol. The food was good, but not mind blowing.

Great Mexican food! Very reasonably priced as well. I can recommend the mole enchiladas and the tamales. The salsa is also tasty; somewhat spicy but not super hot. If you are a local, go here! It’s just a few blocks from I-40 so drop by if just passing through, too.

Found it on a road trip cross country. We love to find local eats while on the road. This one was perfect for a quick dinner. Salsa was excellent and heard from the next table the Green Chile was wonderful. I had grilled chicken with mushrooms and onions. It was tender and juicy, highly recommend

Better bring your appetite when you enter here! Found it by accident, or maybe it was fate. The aroma of brisket cooking outside set the stage for enjoying the Brisket En Sala Verde I ordered. The sauces for the brisket (and the chips) was a perfect balance between spicy warmth and the salsa verde. My wife had the brisket burrito and was equally pleased. Great local flavors served by a very accommodating staff. Nothing but good things to say about this place. (Sorry about the platter shot that was taken after a couple of bites-I really wanted to eat!)

Cool local spot for Pan-Mexican and Tex-Mex food with a Southwest aesthetic. We stopped in early on a Friday evening just before the dinner rush. It’s cozy inside and quite welcoming. The staff are friendly and warm as well. I had the Pollo Yucatan and my partner ordered Tripas Tacos. We also ordered a small guacamole and queso as an appetizer, and a fried ice cream to share for dessert. I really enjoyed the shrimp sauce of my dish, and thought it added great flavor to everything on my plate. Everything was seasoned perfectly and had a home-cooked flavor, nostalgic almost. Prices are fair, too, and they have specials throughout the week. Highly recommend stopping in. They also sell accessories like aprons and keychains.

Alexis the bartender is wonderful!! This is our second time here and we travel 1100 miles just to eat here again!! I had the Adobada chicken over a bed of squash topped with cheese. Perfection!! The drinks are strong, the salsa has just enough kick and the food is Fab!! Love the vibe.. you can eat inside or out and you can’t go wrong with anything you order.

Don’t come here after 8pm thinking they’re open, even though Google and their own business website say they’re open till 9pm. I got there at about 8:15pm and was going to order food to go but I’m assuming they saw me and my kids and decided they didn’t want our business because one of the girls told me they were closed. I mentioned it says online they’re open till 9 and then left. I assume they figured me and my kids would stay to long or be to much of a hassle for them to clean up after. Had they been willing to have me as a customer during their listed open hrs they would had known that I was only ordering for myself (my kids already had dinner) and I was taking it to go.
I ended up driving across town to Flamingos, whose business hrs also say they’re open till 9pm. I got there at 9:35pm and they were happy to serve me. I got my food AND left before 9pm.
