El Borrego popped up as a choice, they had me at Lamb Tacos.
A 2 lamb Taco plate cost me $15 a fair price these days. Everything tasted freshly made, the Lamb was abundant and flavorful. The green salsa had a nice zing to it.
I’ll be back to try their BBQ.

I love this place! It was my first time trying this restaurant out and I was amazed. I’m from LA so trying to find a decent place that serves barbacoa has been difficult. The barbacoa tastes very identical to what I’ve had from my hometown. I will definitely be returning here. 10/10 would reccomend. They offer dine in and take-out as of 10/24/21. It’s a small restaurant so not many tables are offered so you might have to wait for a bit.

Usually I go for sopes often and they were really good. But last night i went and it was not good at all my kids got tacos it wasn’t good either or my dads carne asada plate. They only gave me three salsas as well. Which was odd to me because when i order 5-6 sopes they give me two. I ordered all this food they only gave me 3 and they wanted to charge me extra for salsa 3 extras for $2. The food is overpriced which usually i don’t mind if the food is good but it eas not good at all this time. Front cashier yesterday had an attitude as well. I wouldn’t recommend coming here there are better birria places out there. I expected since thier sopes are $6.50 each that they would be good but they were better when they were $5.50

Don’t go an hour before they close (at 4pm). They will have nothing. Food was fresh. Ladies were nice. But there was nothing special about the burritos…since it was the only other thing they could make (other than tacos). Rice was bland. Meat was bland. Chips were store bought. Location is TERRIBLE. I wouldn’t recommend it and I will never go back.

The consomé was very good as well and my husband loved the breakfast burrito.

Food is great! But they must not have AC inside since it’s very warm and just makes the food a bit less enjoyable. Next time we might just eat in the car or take it home.
